We had the best 4 day weekened here. I never stayed at an inn before so I was hesitant but I am so glad I stayed here. When we pulled up, there was a nice man standing on the steps who greeted us and helped with our bags. The lady at the front desk was really welcoming. Our room was really spacious and clean. I was also suprised to get daily room service bc most hotels stopped. I think we had a suite since we had a kitchen & living room. My husband really enjoyed the daily ice cream bars. I hate that we missed the daily happy hour due to all the running we did. The bathroom was updated too.
The bed could have been a little softer but it wasn't brick hard.

The location is perfect! We didn't use our car at all while we were there. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the river. It was very spacious and clean. The evening reception was also wonderful! Wine and appetizers with the other guests. The staff always went above and beyond! So friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect.....except the beds. They were very very firm. When I say firm.... I mean FIRM. We did let them know at the end of our stay and he wrote it down and said they would definitely look into it.

I don't think I could say enough positive things about our experience in this small box. Ashley, Brian, Kevin and everyone else on the staff was amazing. Location location location hello amazing. It was clean and we had a pet friendly room which is why we booked that facility and it was immaculately clean. There were earplugs on the nightstands which is super nice and I appreciate that but I did not hear sounds of life outside nor around me. We stayed four nights we rented two King suites and then we decided we loved it so much we extended one more night on the fly and they were able to put us into Queen suites. All of my rooms were above and beyond. We traveled with two 17-year-old girls and an old grouchy Frenchie and we had an amazing time. We have found the spot that we will return to every year during the holidays, this a gem. We even had yummy ice cream sandwiches in our freezer. The kitchenettes were more than what we needed. But it was perfect I might recommend bringing your own plastic silverware and paper towels. We don't have to buy them there which is what we did. The location was ideal traveling with family the younger people could walk around and do their own thing there were so many shops right around the inn. Thank you so much for making it such an amazing trip for us.
I have no negatives.

The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly. We loved the evening wine and cheese plates every evening and the coffee and muffins in the morning. The location was excellent and the room was very large and comfortable.
The kitchen was not stocked with basics like paper towels, utensils, wine glasses or wine openers, which was a bit odd considering it was nearly a full kitchen. There was also no soap dish in the bathroom. These were very small things and didn’t impact our stay at all, but just thought I’d mention it as it would be easy to fix.

Great location, historical old building, on the historical street walking. A beautiful street, shops and the waterfont. The room was spacious and large living area, the bed was comfortable, initially a bit worried about the eternal apearance, but inside was clean, pleasant. Pastries in the morning and evenning were freshly made, very delicious. Enjoyed two nights stay.
Booked through booking.com, and the price for two nights stay charged was $60 more than the Booking.com confirmation showed amount. have sent an email to the Inn asking for the invoice, but have not received a replay.

Fantastic location, extremely friendly staff, free wine and hors d'oeuvres every day at 5:30 to mingle with other guests, spacious comfortable accomodation, free soft drinks and bottled water, free parking (despite what it says on the website and emails), free ice creams.
A little bit of noise occasionally, from the odd Muppet cruising the river front road late in the evening, and the possibility of dog noise with it being dog friendly. However, the comes come with earplugs as a courtesy. It really wasn't a problem unless you're unrealistically expecting complete quiet.

The building is a historical with an interesting history; it was really amazing. The room was perfect, extremely large and spacious. The evening cocktail party was an added bonus we didn't know. It was complimentary red and white wine and hors d'oeuvres. The location was perfect. We went for a walk along the riverfront, hopped on a trolley car and toured the city. I wish we had time to spend more then one night. We will definitely be going back.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee was fresh and great tasting every morning in the lobby. One of the workers offered to carry our suitcases up the stairs to catch our Uber. It was really nice of her. Definitely eat at B a Matthews nearby. Get the bacon.
The lady who sits at the front desk was not very welcoming and upset me. The afternoon wine hour snacks were not very good.

Room turned out to be an appartment! Tons of space! (bathroom was a little small) The location was great, very easy access to downtown and the sights. The staff were all really helpful and very friendly. We arrived a day late due to a xlld flight and the hotel was hugely accommodating and understanding and refunded us the lost night too!
On river frontage but we only had one narrow window that side, plus Joe's Crab Shack blocks the majority of the view sadly (we were on lower floor). We also hadn't realised there is no restaurant or bar in the building?! Coffee machine in the room was welcome though.

We arrived at 4am due to a vehicle breakdown, but Jasmine who checked us in was delightful and belpful. The room was huge with a balcony overlooking the Savannah River. The bathroom was also large with a nice over bath shower. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel was well-located for restaurants and trips. Although the hotel did not provide breakfast, it did provide free water, ice-cream and muffins and coffee.
Although the other guests were very quiet, there were some idiots in "souped up" cars who raced along River Street until the early hours outside our room. The hotel, however, did provide guests with ear plugs.
