Good breakfast and nicely stocked.

There was roofing going on during our stay. I know work has to be done. Maybe an email saying there will be roofing being done, could be noisy, parking will be a challenge, etc. I heard too many people complaining at the desk about the doors being blocked off as the crew was tossing down roofing. I had no issue using another door. That's where the email before a person's stay would help. Communicate parking, doors, noise, etc. IF you did send that out, I never saw it. All in all, we went with the flow and it wasn't an issue. We just noticed the complainers whining.

Breakfast was what i expected.it was nice that the hot food changed the couple of days I was there. Hotel cleanliness was great.

Like most businesses it seemed a little short of staff the day I was there to check in. Not bad but it seemed like the short handed staff was busting their butts to get a lot done.

Both me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They accommodated our stay with a sweet when their hot tub was out of access

To be honest, my only complaint is not knowing of any issues beforehand of checking into ANY hotel in the area. But we all can’t control what happens.

They had great breakfast but need to refill the hot items faster. When we came in eggs and bacon were empty and they refilled them after we had eaten something else.

They didn't clean our room or bring new towels on the 2 nd day.

Room was massive. If you get down to breakfast right away it’s fully stocked and a good variety. Our second day we got to breakfast and the trim was packed and the food was almost all empty. Not sure if they were just short staffed or the staff was being lazy. We were still very happy with our stay.

Service for breakfast as stated above but we also realize everywhere is having issues getting and keeping enough employees.

We used a third party booking website to make the reservation for this hotel because we wanted a jacuzzi suite and when we arrived we were told that that was not the kind of room I paid for. (Which I had paid extra online specifically for the special room). I was incredibly upset and had no idea what to do because we had already arrived to check in.. Ashley the manager made a few phone calls and managed to shift things around and got us our jacuzzi suite so we didn't have to find a new hotel. She was so incredibly kind and helpful.

There wasn't many breakfast options to choose from.

Location and hot breakfast were awesome.

Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Pool was open, but was cloudy with little green pieces of something floating in the water. We did not swim.

In this time of Covid, they have to be limited for items to prepare. Muffins, bananas, yogurt, toast. Milk and juice was cold. Plenty to start your day. We have stayed here many times and have always been well satisfied with this hotel. Location is awesome.

I don’t think they need to change a thing.

Breakfast ok. No trash can anywhere. Messy but desk guy busy with desk duties. Needed help! Did the best he could. Floor sticky think someone spilled syrup. But it did not change my thoughts on our stay

Honestly only the breakfast.

I really enjoyed it, the staff was very friendly, it was clean & breakfast was great. They had a small leak in the pool room & were waiting for a part however they opened it up for us to swim! It was an excellent stay! Thank you guys!!!

Everything was great, it was close to most the attractions but far enough away it was relatively quiet.
