Breakfast was very good, except for the sausage link that tasted horrible. Not bad, horrible. It was served both days we stayed... yuk. Coffee all day in the lobby was great and I never got a stale cup. The hotel was new and very clean. The room had plenty of easily accessible outlets and USB power ports. Refrigerator and microwave oven in the room were great. Nice job!!

The wi-fi was awful. In order to use the wi-fi, we needed to sign up for Hilton Honors (which I am already enrolled), but I needed my username and password, which I could not remember. This was very aggravating. I just wanted the wi-fi to work without having to enroll or do a lot of typing. I was exhausted from a day of traveling. After cycling through several pages, I eventually found the low speed wi-fi, which did not require enrolling in Hilton Honors. Secondly, the elevator would not work without my room key (up or down), which is annoying when your hands are full carrying luggage. Sliding bathroom door was a poor design and did not provide any privacy. Paid parking was extra and unnecessarily expensive.

The location, cleanliness and amenities were wonderful! The price was good for the value of the stay, The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel had restaurants, fitness center and entertainment available so you didn't have to go offsite if you didn't want to.

There was very poorly installed faucet plumbing in the bathtub (which sprayed everywhere) and there was no fan in the bathroom for steam. The in room coffee pots were very small and under stocked; but downstairs coffee was available. The keyed gates were inconvenient in the parking lot.

Breakfast was very good. Atmosphere in general was relaxing.

Inquired about an option for waterfront room, front desk clerk replied that she could check and started looking at the computer, we assumed they were looking into it but instead we were handed our room key, with no reply, so basically felt ignored and to just move on. Room was good, comfortable but would have like to explore the option, been provided a reason or simply told unavailable.

From the moment you walked in, the staff greeted you professionally. They were all very nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was great with a good selection. Even the kitchen staff were nice and welcoming.

We didn’t get to use the pool due to it being dirty. The bottom of the pool had noticeable dirt and there was stuff floating around in it.

Loved the location. Very close to the bay. Beautiful views. Convenient parking. Nice newer building. Beer garden in the rear was very convenient and nice to relax during the evening. The included breakfast was a very nice option. The pool was very nice and clean.

The daily parking fee should be waived for guests. The toilet had some trouble to quickly flush.

Beautiful views, dinner at Oliver's was delicious. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. We were traveling from TN to NY when a snow storm came through the area. Found this room for the night. Definitely would stay here again!

The breakfast was set up nice, but the eggs and bacon weren't good.

it was clean, and located in the middle of all the action. the breakfast had a lot of choices to choose from too. i also liked that it was secure, if you don’t have a room card then you can’t get on the elevator to go up to your room. you can get on but if you don’t scan your card then the elevator won’t go up or down.

i won’t really say it’s a downfall, but we were there 3 days 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned, but when we needed fresh towels all we had to do was call down and they brought them right up.

very clean rooms and especially the bathroom nice location easy parking great rooftop restaurant. The free breakfast was not out out the ordinary bland eggs no bacon

scratchy towels slippery shower floor. The front desk staff was just ok. Every person I saw did not go out or there way to be extra nice. They were always too busy on the phone or computer to look up and say hello and really seemed to want to just get in with their day

Loved location, all the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good and always replenished. We had a great time!

We did not like having to pay for parking every day. We think the cost of staying there was more than enough to also cover parking.

I am not a coffee drinker but the ones staying with me mentioned that the coffee was never very strong
