Breakfast was excellent, far exceeding normal hotel breakfast. The staff were super - friendly and helpful. Even helped carry our luggage. Easy to talk with. Happy hour was very good. Sorry that I missed it one day.

We stayed in a different room on each of our two nights. The bath in the first room was quite acceptable. The bath in the second room was small, with the shower in the bathtub which had a slick surface to stand on.

The rooms were beautiful appointed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Happy Hour was a great surprise. I loved chatting with the front desk staff and other patrons. They would also provide a free shuttle to the beach!

The weather was cold and the air conditioner we kept on. This made it quite cold in the room.

I can’t even put how excellent this place is into words. The Inn is so adorable and quaint. Each employee was delightful and more than helpful. The breakfast and happy hours were yummy, and the amenities were such an added bonus. Truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to our return.

excellent location, property was beautiful and well kept. happy hour and breakfast options were wonderful and the hot tub is a must! our bed and bathtub in the charleston room were also heavenly.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided excellent breakfasts.

All four pillows were very hard. suggested to the staff they provide a mix of hard and soft pillows.

The owner Paul and the entire staff are so friendly and go out of their way to accommodate all of your needs! They lend you bicycles, beach chairs, towels and will even transport you to the beach. There is a generous amount of food provided both during happy hour and breakfast. They even bake you cookies. The grounds are pristine. It is the perfect location for walking to the restaurants, beach and marina. A stay at Waters Edge was just what we needed.

I recommend purchasing a new bed for the Mrs. Rhodes room as Mrs. Rhodes may have slept on it too long.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. We have been 3 years in a row for my husbands birthday. Our goal is to at least stay in every room they have.
