the hotel is huge!! and had a separate indoor pool & spa and a small “indoor water park” with slides for the kids across the way from the pool. there is a nice restaurant attached and the staff was very warm and helpful.

it feels very old and dated and the carpet in the room definitely felt like it hadn’t been changed in 50 years… it felt so gross that we chose to always wear shoes or socks in our room. the bed was alright, but the pillows were tiny like they were made for children and the blankets in the bed aren’t comfortable at all either.

They accommodated my request to be on the ground floor for my extra large cat. It had a patio door which made it even easier to unpack and pack my car. Check in was easy. Plenty of towels. Decent sized room. Has a restaurant on site.

Difficult to find and turn in the entrance due to construction. Nice to have restaurant on site but I wasn't impressed with the food although the wait staff were excellent. I also know that the restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel. Top mattress was on top of two smaller platforms so there was a raised place in the middle which was uncomfortable. Pillows too soft. But the pillows were my fault. I should have traveled with my own.

My family used the water park and pool lots. The staff was friendly.

I had called the front desk in the morning to provide new bedding. We left for the day and got back to room at 830pm and house keeping hadn't been there. I called front desk and it was going to be an hour before someone could take care of issue. Then we discovered the toilet was leaking so we had to switch rooms at 9 o'clock at night with 3 young children.

The kids in our group loved the water park! I wouldn't recommend as a romantic get away, lots of families with kids were staying. Our group had rooms close together, though we hadn't booked that way - the staff did a great job of arranging that for us!

We had trouble getting clean towels, but I think the problem was lack of staff (as is happening in so many places right now), it was a very busy place and the staff that was there tried very hard to accommodate needs. A continental breakfast would have been great, but not offered.

It was so very clean, easy check-in. Pet friendly.

Our server in the restaurant seemed bitter that we had coupons for breakfast. I heard her say to the woman in the next booth “ so you don’t owe anything for your food bill but most people like to have a bill so they can add a gratuity.” I left my coupon and a cash tip, because I always tip lol. I bet she has made more than a few people mad.

Check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. pool towels were filled regularly.

Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. pool areas could be kept up a little more. more attention to cleaning detail throughout. stayed in F building.

The water park and pool were so close and the rooms were so comphy it was so nice that we could just walk out side and there was the pool

The only thing I didn't like was the seating at the pool water park area I'm a girl with wide hips and when you're wearing a swimming suit a chair that Digs into your hips is even more painful than usual

doors stuck and then banged shut. Furniture was scarred and not very comfortable carpet had something sticky by the table so much so that shoes stuck to it unclear instructions about receiving maid service. Was told if I wanted clean sheets during my week long stay, Inhad to make my own bed. Yet staff did not wear masks or gloves when cleaning. Cost savings not passed to consumers

I just happen to like the feel of the Hotel every time I stay there. Wonderful! It happens to have a restaurant and bar located within it. You could not ask for a better deal. Other than the road construction going on nearby, it is located close to shopping, movies and just about anything you could want. It is just a hop onto the Interstate 90, and let's not forget the very friendly staff in both the hotel and the Minerva's restaurant.

It was nice how the adult pool and kids pool were in separate rooms so parents didn't need to worry about the deep water.

The whale,fish, and mushroom didn't work in the kids pool and a slide was broken. needs bigger bathrooms and the room we were in didn't have a fan in the bathroom.
