Very kind and enthusiastic staffs, nice swimming pool which was really warm once we were swimming there even during the rains. Nice and well equipped room, good view from my room looked into the bay, the complimentary chocolate and fruits were nice, incredible jacuzzi

Still same breakfast menu during my stays (2 nights) Hotel kept vnd 1.000.000 before check in incase you used something in the room which was thing i did not like, feeling a bit disrepect customers which i have had not really experienced in my life even i came many places in Vietnam and Thailand.

Reception Mrs Thuy and Hong exceptionally lovely ladies and speak very good English, rest of the staff very friendly and helpful too. Breakfat Buffet, Hotel location,, Restaurant food and service, also good. The nearest Bank 3 Km about 30 min walk, away unfortunately bad exchange rate, Eating vacilities 5 Min walk mostly sea food we decided to eat at the Hotel restaurant more options clean and not expensive they gave us 10% discount. Did no use the pool the weather was not to good during our stay 19 Celcius. Thank you for a pleasand stay we enjoyed meeting you all.

For a 4 star Hotel used flip-flops is a no go, bed linen not changed once in 4 night. The shower not especially clean should be renewed the doors did not open/close properly and are dirty!

Our family of 4 (kids 12 & 10) stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay. There was a problem with our room on the first night and they resolved it immediately. Service was second to none. English speaking staff. Breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The views from our room were over the water and of the bridge & Sun Wheel which both light up at night - gorgeous. Around 2km walk to Sunworld Halong which was flat and easy to achieve. HEAPS of restaurants along that very walk. Lovely clean and modern pool which we surprisingly used a fair bit. We couldn't recommend this stay more highly, a lot of that would be due to the staff and their high service levels. Just fantastic!

Hotel itself is perfect. Clean, big and comfortable room. Rich and tasty breakfast. Helpful stuff. Nice view to the bridge. Near the port, but litte bit far from the center, however there are restaurants around, but less activities in the evening outside.

There was rainny days, so we did not have possibility to use pool. But through the windows it did not look very clean and cute. In general No complains.

Really nice hotel, the room was really big as was the bed. Smart controls at the beside to make things convenient. The hotel is situated right on the front so good views around and walking distance to alot of places. Staying here as part of our honeymoon and on our first night we had a surprise knock on the door, it was hotel staff with a beautiful congratulations cake they'd made for us, it was a really lovely surprise and tasted great too! Really made our stay here one to remember.

I would highly recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location near the harbour was great, and the friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the very good breakfast. It was delicious and had plenty of options. Overall, the hotel offered very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is excellent, always smiling and helpful. The room was upgraded, spacious, clean, and comfortable. View to Bai Chay Bridge is excellent. Free voucher for cocktail, BKF a la carte delicious with very friendly staff Swimming pool is confortable and clean Quality/price ratio is valuable Highly recommended

Lift a little bit slow

Everything was great. I would definitely recommend it. The reception Staff was very helpful, breakfast was perfect. Food in restaurant (from menu) was really tasty.

Other guests were really noisy at night but reception Staff solved the problem immediately and moved us to a different floor

My kids liked the pool. A well kept old school (eighties decoration) hotel with complimentary international buffet breakfast.

Price of hotel differs a fair bit in pricing between walk in (USD90) & online booking (USD43) for family of four.

Room was spacious, service excellent. Loved having the pool outside. Everything was clean and well organized.

Breakfast buffet was not that great or fresh, although we were eating last minute late breakfast we were expecting bit better.
