The staff. Anything I needed was made available to me. Also we were given the offers for the boat ride around the bay as well as the bus to back to Hanoi. Both of the prices (especially the bus) were cheaper that the offers we got from others

The internet was good. You just had to be near the door for it to work without issues.

Location was walking distance from the beach and the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She arranged everything for us and also treated us some vietnamese coffee. The room was clean and of good size.

It was on the 4th floor without an elevator. It was noisy due to the road below and some works in the next building. The balcony was small and very sunny so we couldn't use it. The room was too bright in the morning. Not many plugs.

The owner speaks English and sells nice tours to Halong Bay (hotel pick up and drop off, food on board, kayak rental included) to a very fair price. Also organises bus connection to your next destination to a reasonable price, even cheaper than some of the agencies we have checked. She explains why it is more expensive due to New Year and which is the price you pay usually.

Very friendly staff, speaks good English. Booked our Halong Bay boat trip through this hotel which was really good and they helped us with organising further travels. Room was comfortable, also the bed. Place was clean. Would definitely recommend this place

Beds very comfortable and good air con. Room and bathroom both very clean and good shower. Main lady at reception is very helpful and helped booked a good boat tour, also helped book a cheaper taxi. Cheap and cheerful.

Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, general area is very quiet but think this is all over ha long bay.

Great location, loved the owner’s hospitality and reliability, good price for such acceptable convenience!

The place was built long time ago so it wouldn’t look like what youngsters are looking for as a chilling accommodation but it’s fine with those who have been through quite enough to know which one is safe and humbly comfortable for a night!

The host is very nice and booked a cruising tour for us. The breakfast is simple and efficient (continental type). A nice family hotel!

The street is quite noisy as honking is part of driving.

Clean, spacious rooms with a good location. 10 min walk from the front and 20 mins to the beach. Lovely staff

It was clean and the shower water is strong, location is amazing its very near to the street food stores and the amusement park, i just wish we had a smart TV but rather than that everything is great, the landlady was very helpful

Mrs. Thoa, our host was the hostess with the mostest. She was extremely helpful and genuine. The best host we've ever had. Highly recommend!
