The apartment was great. However they did not allow us the use of the kitchen? They wanted us to pay extra for the use of kitchen. We failed to understand the meaning of an apartment without a kitchen. Hotel staff told us to connect and GST clarification from Booking.com @ 12 midnight. Anyways all other facilities were as per the expectations. The swimming pool and breakfast were excellent. Except.for.one thing it was a great stay.

Booking.com must not have offered an apartment without a kitchen facility. That was an awkward situation for us, particularly when we reached apartment late night.

Absolutely perfect stay here, all the staff are amazing and so unbelievably helpful, nice and accommodating. The staff speak good English and make staying in Ha Long Bay so easy as they are able to help you with anything. The rooms are great and clean with really good aircon. The infinity pool up near the roof gives an incredible view over Ha Long Bay. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, perfect stay.

The breakfast was good - big size portions and offered alternatives for vegetarians. You had an option of western or Vietnamese breakfast so everyone was catered for. Juice and english breakfast tea was a nice addition. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they helped us book our tours to Ha Long Bay and allowed us to have free late check out. The room service food was really nice and affordable prices. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are interested in visiting the bays as the hotel is not far from the port.

Great price and comfortable stay in a contemporary modern apartment unit with hotel housekeeping service and facilities. Basically more like a serviced apartment. Location was good for our purposes of mainly being Hon Gai. Roof top Swimming pool is cool. Staff was always friend and keen to help - e.g. they allow us to borrow Ice bucket crockery and utensils from restaurant.

Some things such as a spa and rooftop cafe / restaurant still not open as quite new. Elevator requiring key access to go up AND down is a bit much and inconvenient (should only be to go up or is a safety hazard?). Although location was excellent for us as we mainly visiting family in Hon Gai area with a lovely lake and sea view, it is still someway away from main ha long tourist and shopping area.

I liked the position of the hotel & the area around, restaurants in the district were excellent, nice view from our suite the two pools were great indoor and roof top, gym facilities were great .We will be back when we visit Ha long again Thank You for making our stay great regards Todd & Family

Tour information & thing to do in the area was no freely available Breakfast was adequate but was looking forward to Buffet Breakfast that wasn't available during our stay.

Breakfast was great. Only if brown bread could be added to their selection. It would be awesome.

Nothing I didn’t like. The hotel is clean from the lobby, to the restaurant, corridors and the room. Comfortable bed, clean and well stocked up bathroom. Safe and easy to access parking lot. I would stay here again.👌

2 swimming pools, 1 roof top with a nice view, 1 indoor at 2nd floor. Our children have really liked. family room is nice with modern furnitures, living room, clean, nice view to Ha Long bay, Sun wheel and green mountain, really relax. We have private cars and we can go to any sightseeing easily, just few km.

It was my first time in Halong Bay and I had a really nice stay at the Ramada hotel . The room was really an apartment and it was very nice . There is a very nice rooftop pool with a great view over Halong Bay as well . The reception area was very nice and the bar was cool as well . It is a little far from the center so you will need to get a taxi each time you wish to go to the city . Would recommend the cable car trip at Sun World for really great views of the bay area .

We stayed at the Three-Bedroom Executive Suite, the room was clean and comfortable. The view is also good. Overall the hotel facilities are of good standard and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was also fine, good value for money.

The food from the restaurant was disappointing. I recommend going out to eat.

This is a very nice and modern hotel in Ha Long, the room was very big - two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living room, nice swimming pools, reception staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but the choice coild be bigger, the rooftop swimming pool has a great panorama view.
