1. Very friendly and helpful staff 2. Great location (my main reason for booking this hotel) 3. Walking distance to the beach, the promenade, and the Sun World park. 4. Room was exactly like the advertised pictures. Clean and adequate, with basic amenities. The lady at the desk was very hospitable and the young man helped us with our travel arrangements.

1. The navigation The Google location will take you to a different part of the hotel (staff living quarters by my guess), where you'll find a notice stuck on the door with a printed walking map to the main reception hall. That's down the road about 50m, but easily missed and a little confusing, especially in the heat when you don't really notice the notice.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room itself was quite spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, soft, and big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can book the Halong Bay tours at the reception and they offer a laundry service. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, as well as a supermarket and various convenience stores within a 5-minute walk. The international cruise port is just a 15-minute walk away (which is very convenient if you book a Halong Bay tour, that departs from there). The wifi signal is strong, which was important to us, as we worked remotely. There was no issue with Zoom calls etc. There is a lift, which might be important to some people. Warm water was available. The AC was working great, there was also an additional fan available. The fridge worked great as well. Lots of power outlets.

The bathroom could use a good scrub. The shower curtain certainly needs to be replaced, and in general, the bathroom does not look as in the pictures. Also, there was a lot of hair in the shower drain, which I had to remove. The planters on the balcony have been used as ashtrays by previous guests, and the cigarette buds should have been removed (just add a standing ashtray to the balcony for smokers). Also, the "plants" should be replaced, or just get rid of them, as the balcony just looks neglected.

Excellent budget accomadation in a wonderful location. I love the room and the mattress soft, AC. Cozy Space for yourself & privacy. Locker in the room, bring your private lock or ask at reception to have one. Clean toilet & shower, you will find shampoo and shower gel, they provide you a towel at reception for free of charge. People working there are really nice & police. Laundry service , travel desk available. Wow! They have an airport only 50km away. 50 meters to get to the bus stop and 100.000 to go to the airport. Please check Van Don airport if you want go to Ho Chi Minh city from Ha Long bay, it is cheaper than from Ha Noi a lot. Good airport and good service here.

- Had 2 bars nextdoor but Zebra Bar had old music and expensive food. Lazy bar was nice for me with cheap food, cheap drink and good music.

Really friendly staff who helped us book onward travel with taxi’s etc. room is was spacious and so cheap for the location. You’re within walking distance to a strip of restaurants and the theme park.

As it was a hotel we did expect the room to be cleaned as we were there for 3 nights but it wasn’t.

The room was very comfortable. A mini fridge, 2 large mirrors, several useful furniture and a flat TV are present. It was clean and tidy. The bed was fairly comfortable and the sheets were clean. Moreover, the location of this hotel is very good. There is a pharmacy nearby, marts/convenience stores and restaurants to dine in. It is perfect.

Staff excellent and even gave us breakfast despite being late. Comfy bed, hot shower, shower products provided. 24 hour reception. Hair dryer provided. Location excellent.

Someone’s wet towel was left in the bathroom when we arrived, but other than that no complaints!

Staff was very friendly and super helpful, they helped with booking tours, provided breakfast (simple but good) and also did our laundry for a very reasonable price. The room was comfy and big!

Helpful staff. The location is perfect as it is near eateries, coffee shops, Sun World complex and the Ancient town.

The aircon seems too old and needs to be replaced by a new one.

Absolutely worth the price. The location is really good, nice restaurants around the area. The owners were so kind and helpful, they have pretty good breakfast and they organize boat trips,too.

super comfortable beds, staff was so so nice & upgraded our room for free! the best location to the nightlife in Hanoi, a 2 minute walk to beer street and they organized us an airport taxi! we loved our stay here!
