Cute rooms, beds were okay, amazing view, good wifi. Laundry service was 70 000 per kilo, scooter rent 200 000 per day. Great location next to a beautiful park and big shopping centre with a large supermarket. Many good restaurants are just a walk away. Towels are changed every day and two tiny bottles of water, instant coffee and tea are provided every day. You can refill your water bottle at the reception.

The 9th floor rooftop bar is not open and there is no designated area for just relaxing. There can be some noise during the night from the traffic or the nearby rooms, especially sewage sounds. The floors and surfaces were not clean so I cleaned them myself. The reception smells like mould.

After several days in the Halong Bay area I realised that the hotel was located in the best part of town ok a bit further from the port and amusement parks but actually in a nicer neighbourhood and only minutes walk from the water front and extensive shopping facilities both modern & old.A shout out to Vy on Reception who was particularly kind & helpful!

The TV in my room didn't work throughout my 5 night stay.I reported it twice but the issue remained unresolved which I thought was not up to standard for an established hotel.But otherwise I was very satisfied and would stay at the hotel again.

Rooms were well appointed, with a huge comfy double bed and clean with a an extraordinary shower which gave you the temperature in degrees centigrade on an LED screen as well as the amount of time that you've spent in there! I don't know how useful it is, but it made me chuckle. There is a rooftop bar which though quiet gave exceptional views of the city as well as a 8th floor Lounge, also marvelous. They arranged a 6-seater limo taxi from halong City all the way to Hanoi airport for only six hundred thousand dong which is about 20 quid for a 3 hour journey.

I booked the taxi for 7:45 a.m. I requested a 7 am call which duly happened, but there was a change in staff and from 7:15 until 7:45 I received phone call after phone call telling me to hurry up the bus was here which I didn't appreciate at that time in the morning.

Hotel was very comfortable and it’s what we were after having spent so long in hostels and dingy hotels. The bed was big and comfy, fridge, kettle, hairdryer in room. Staff helpful and attentive sending offers for tours to whatsapp also. Great to stop to relax before/after you do ha long.

Shower wasn’t great, took a bit of fiddling to try and get to the right temperature and still wasn’t that hot. The cafe upstairs offers very little and is a complete ghost town so not really an atmosphere. Hotel in general is more in a locals area we didn’t see any tourists whilst in the area ourselves.

staff were fab, room and view from our room amazing, really comfortable bed, very good location, everything was clean I would stay at this hotel again. I guess places are still trying to recover post Covid and there were a lot of shops closed. it seems all of the the trips from Hanoi take tourists straight to the ferry terminal so the main town misses out which is a shame because there are some lovely places to walk. going to the fish market was brilliant, all the small boats were just coming in to sell there catch to the vendors in the market, loved that part!!

breakfast wasn’t brilliant, we got a fried egg on barely toasted bread with I think sausage and cucumber. if they had a toaster to use and a choice of how to have egg cooked it would be a big improvement only drink was coffee , no tea.

1. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since Grab is not working in Halong, they helped us book taxis whenever we need them. They are also very responsive to questions and requests even before our stay. 2. The room was clean and very spacious and has a decent view of the park and Halong bay. The bed was comfortable and the shower has enough space. 3. The hotel is located near a park and a shopping mall, so it is nice to just walk around the area. There is also a good Pho restaurant nearby and we always went there for breakfast.

The only downside of this hotel is that it is quite far from some of the tourist spots like Sun World Halong. So, you have to take a taxi to the main city to find more restaurants and other points of interest. But, it is okay because we prefer to stay in a more quiet side of town.

The location - close to a lot of good food. The view- We stayed on the 7th floor. Room number706. The view of the ocean and the little islands is amazing. The decorations- The hotel stands out from the other buildings. The staff - very polite, accommodating and helpful. The furniture in the hotel is comparable to a 5 star hotel. We did not eat at their restaurant on the 8th floor so we can’t comment on the food. One of the best hotels in Vietnam.

the only issue was it advertised balcony which was only available on the second floor as we had to swap from 7th to 2nd as we did want a balcony, also smell of cigarette on the 2nd floor and planning of the bathroom was bad, water leaking onto floor even tho it’s a contained shower room.

Extremely cheap for the level of finish in the room, nice luxury fittings, hi-tech shower that even had a digital display. The room we stayed in had a balcony overlooking Ha Long bay and the cool roundabout thing. The room was big as well, and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so getting dinner was a struggle. The rooftop bar/'restaurant' didn't really serve much.

Our room was fantastic over looking Ha Long Bay, it was huge with balconies on 2 sides. The bed was so comfortable. Great location for us. There’s a market close by is worth a look for the vast array of foods.

Breakfast was poor : fried hot dogs with a fried egg. I think the young staff lacked direction from their management; things were a little hap hazard.
