Lovely hotel, friendly family who runs the hotel are gentle and helpful when needed. Two didn't speak English but if the English speaking staff (daughter ? ) wasn't there, she was very easily reachable via phone whenever needed. Google translate was also perfectly fine for communicating. They were great at accommodating my needs and changes to my itinerary, and helped book the ha long bay tour and transport back to hanoi. The Banh mi was also yummy. They have a really adorable and friendly dog. Overall it was a great stay. Lots of food stalls / restaurants nearby , I went during off season so it was very quiet.

It was greatly worth stay. Very clean hotel with excellent stuff. Especially Nina was so much into help for anything you may need in Ha Long. I would highly recommend staying there. I will go again ;)

Really lovely owners! The room was clean, modern and had great facilities. The location was okay, it was near to the market and some beachfront bars. However, area itself was very quiet and practically dead at night. Had to get a taxi to get near to halong bay. The best part of the stay, was the owners beautiful dog 'meow'!

The first morning we were woken up early by building works. However, this isn't the owners fault and the next nights we just used ear plugs. Also, you can hear the music from the beach bars, but it usually stops around midnight.

Even though the kind lady behind the reception did not speak a word of English, with the help of Google Translate she has provided us with the best help and service we've had throughout our entire 12-days stay in Vietnam. The woman (and her cute little dog) are wonderful! The entire hotel, but especially the rooms even smelled lovely. The last evening we stayed there we asked if we could have some fruits for breakfast, without knowing the regular breakfast they serve, and they did not even have to doubt about providing it to us. The next morning when we came down, she already had the big plate of various fruits prepared for us. Absolutely amazing. She helped us with our trip through Ha Long Bay, directions to the beach and taxis. Plus, whenever we needed anything in the room (extra bath gel, water bottles or extra toilet paper), she immediately got it for us. They really make an effort to give you a pleasant stay in Ha Long. Would recommend 100%!

You could hear the beach clubs a little bit at night. But great isolation, since the hotel seems very new, so not too much noise. In the morning you hear the constructions next door. But with some earplugs in we had no trouble sleeping in!

Arrived in the middle of the night but they were kind to let us check in early. The location wasn't the best. You would probably want to stay more towards the city center. There were no open shops, and quite far from the nearest restaurants. We got our laundry done here as well which worked alright, no big issues.

We were incredibly surprised at the value for money. The first impression was a great exterior look of an european design but totally simple, cozy and contemporary vietnamese atmosphere inside. Upon the check in we even got an upgrade to deluxe room with a perfect sea view. The room generally was comfy and nicely decorated. Overall highly recommend!

It's pity that the weather was a bit cold and rainy so we couldn't take a cruise tour to Ha Long Bay but we'll definitely come back to visit this summer!!

the room was fantastic, nice big ensuite, tv with Netflix, air conditioning, clean! The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, they helped to pick us up from Cat Ba when we’re stranded because there was no grabs in the area.

Location was a bit of a walk from the row of restaurants, but it was manageable and further away from "nightlife" noise.

Noisy construction ongoing next door and this was unreasonably EARLY in the morning ...before 7am. Not the fault of the proprietors but was a troublesome aspect of an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Location is good, which is near to the night food market and near to the bay. Neena has been exceptional host. It is value for money. Breakfast is not expensive.

Breakfast not included in room, however it's not expensive so you can buy for few extra bucks. For foreigners, few more breakfast options would have been really good.

The family that runs this hotel is very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations during our short stay here. The rooms were beautiful and the view of Ha Long Bay was great. Bathrooms were very nice as well. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area!
