Loved the sauna and using the pool to relax. I appreciate the eco-friendly status here. It was clean and staff were pleasant and clear. For the location, a room facing the street, it was very quiet. I liked the free parking, and appreciated the use of fridge and microwave in the room. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent with wonderful, caring service, and tasty food. Staff are working hard to make this an exceptional hotel. Thank you!

View was unappealing of roof, but the curtains solved that problem. We could hear a little noise (TV & chat) from the adjacent bedroom, through the joining door. Also we did not know we needed to turn on the fridge for our food and ice pack. Whoops! Maybe a warning sign might be a good reminder to those who don't "hotel" very often.

We'd booked a king suite and the room was enormous! The decor in the room and the hotel itself is very dated but everywhere is clean and tidy. There is a restaurant in the hotel and also a pub serving food on site but apart from that there's nowhere to eat without driving. The hotel is in a good position for getting out of Vancouver.

The hot tub wasn't working while we were there.

It really was a clean and beautiful place, especially since most HI&S are cookie-cutter in style. This place is really beautiful and more up scale than I imagined.

I could have gone for the good old-fashioned HI breakfast, although they did have a restaurant. It opened late for the Remembrance Day/Veteran's Day holiday, so we were not able to try it out. i was glad they were honoring the vets of WW1, but some coffee or something in the lobby for travelers and workers who left earlier than 9:00, when the restaurant opened.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and everything was provided with all the necessities. There was extra towels for me and my daughter. We had the best view from the 6th floor. But most of all, THE STAFFS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY!!! The manager that was on duty and one of the front desk did an excellent job.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to experience in Vancouver. Staff were very helpful and the Restaurant was excellent . The pool and Gym were a bonus Staff were very helpful on our last day storing our luggage

We were happy with our stay there was nothing we needed to improve

For the most part staff was great. Just found some times dealing with front desk , some not happiest. Just seems like whatever to deal with you quick and move on. Didn't affect stay at all though

Everything was good, except one day a staff or maid left our door wide open. We did not ask for cleaning, but the room was half cleaned. No complain about cleaning, but complaining about the opened door.

Our room was upgraded with a kitchenette at no extra cost by the very friendly staff member. We were staying for 3 days and the kitchenette was very handy. The location of the hotel was great for what we had planned for the 3 days. The hot tub and pool were great and we used the hotel laundry machines. The hotel was grand and well designed.

Great location right cross from superstore and a busy road. clean rooms. Has a decent restaurant inside and gets discount as a guest. Staff was friendly.

No breakfast, tv was old and it didn't work at all for us showing low to none signal. Told staff and nobody did anything. has pool and hot tub but hot tub was closed at the time, pool was quite old&small.

Enjoyed the attached restaurant - good Italian food, convenient location, helpful & pleasant staff, free meals for our toddler grandson etc. Ate there for 2 dinners. Good housekeeping service for extra coffee etc.

Pool was just ok although nicely located with windows to the outside. Rooms somewhat pricey. Front desk staff not as knowledgeable about surroundings and things to do.
