the hotel was across the street from the convention center where we were meeting

a number of minor but annoying issues. no closet in the room for hanging clothing the toilet was somewhat loose and rocked no tissues in the tissue holder breakfast was at best not warm but mostly cool and of little taste (worst sausage gravy I’ve ever eaten. at least I hope it was sausage gravy). never found an ice maker that had ice in the 3 nights we were there booked through Bookings(dot)com as 4 per room and had towels for two

The hotel had a shuttle which was wonderful for the games and sight seeing. 99.9% of staff was wonderful. All were so nice except for the lady upon check out. Wish I had gotten her name. She could learn alot from her co-workers.

The staff was wonderful all except for one lady upon checkout. She was not friendly at all and stated she would send a receipt through email. Still waiting on that! You could tell she would have liked to have been any where else than at her job.

Location to the Dome was fantastic. Walkng distance. Decent pool. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Shuttle available. Kid friendly hotel.

Beds needed to be updated. Slept pretty rough. We had a king room and only one heater ran making one side of the room way cooler than the other. Half of us froze while half of us were hot. Make sure u check your reservations...we were told ours did not include breakfast when our booking.com reservation clearly said we did. We did find a severely rotten apple in our room..yuck

Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and a convenient location. Pay parking lot across the street from hotel. Left my car parked in pay lot & used shuttle bus to get to our events in town. Shuttle drivers were very helpful & friendly.

Expensive for 1 night, but taxes weren't as high as some other hotels in the area.

Location was perfect close enough to walk to lots of thing or there was a shuttle that takes you downtown. Staff was nice AND helpful. Breakfast was good lots of choices, hot or cold. Nice pool not too big.

One evening we were tired and decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food wasn't great. After housekeeping went through there were cleaning rags or even bed linens left in the halls took away from the class

First time here. Check in was very easy. Very nice people. Loved my executive room I was so amazed how big it was. Clean facility and breakfast was fire. Never been to a hotel that served bacon. The place bacon was crispy and good. I will be back soon. 5 stars

location and shuttle service

due to desk worker not knowing prices in the little store I was overcharged for snacks, I was too tired to double check due to it being midnight, but checked the next day and I was overcharged . I had to call housekeeping to clean toilet that was not cleaned before I checked in, also had to get a new refrigerator

Proximity to trade show. Size of room was amazing.

Breakfast is repetitive. Elevators need an upgrade.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly considering the rude people they had to deal with at check in. Kept it professional.

Parking was the only down part. Had to pay for parking and was a distance from the hotel.

The location and staff were very nice. It was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful!

The air conditioner in our room was not working. It was 78 degrees in our room making it hard to sleep.
