The room was well decorated and very comfortable. Stefano is a lovely host, and attended to our needs, ensuring we were happy with everything. There was a mini fridge, with complementary cold beverages, complimentary snacks, and tea and coffee available in the room. The bathroom was large and beautiful and great water pressure. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location was excellent, close to the Migros grocery, restaurants and the waterfront, and easy to find. We walked from the main train station, but it is a bit over a kilometer just FYI. And best of all, there was a lift to get our luggage up to the room. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

Excellent location just steps from the lake and docks, funicular, wonderful cafe’s, bakeries and restaurants. Host Stefano was super kind and attentive, stocking the room with Prosecco for us and treats for our toddler. Stefano even let us borrow his own stroller when we asked if there was anywhere we could rent one and checked in with us daily via WhatsApp. The room itself was also exactly what we were looking for: comfortable bed that fit my wife and I as well as our toddler, huge bathroom with shower and gigantic bathtub, parquet floors and black and white tile that evoke classic Italy and AC for those who need it. A+ overall experience will be staying again next time we make the trip down to Como.

it was in an excellent part of town within a short walk to restaurants, shops, ferries and public transport. The room was very generous in size and very comfortable with a large modern bathroom. Stefano was an excellent host, he was very thorough showing us how everything worked, provided local recommendations and was on hand to assist with anything we needed. It was also great to have a coffee machine and snacks in the room as well as a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for our arrival.

being in such an excellent central location you are in middle of the action so at nights you can hear people outside if you have the windows open. This was not a problem at all with the windows closed as they completely block all the noise.

Perfect location in front of the Lake and next to the old city! 2 minutes from the Train Station (Como Lago), 1 minute from the Bus Station, 5 minutes from the ferry boat! Variety of restaurants, cafes, bars just around the building. Beautiful neighborhood, an apartment that you feel safe, modern bathroom and very comfortable room. Extra free treatment with some basic for breakfast. It was a perfect stay in Como! Stefano is so kind! His hospitality is unique! We would love to come back one day to Como as well as to Stefano's apartment.

Excellent position in Como close to both the ferry stop and train station. Set in a traditional building through a courtyard up two flights of stairs and also has a lift. Excellent communication from Stafano and friendly check in with Mr Jey. Stefano kindly provided synthetic pillows for our stay due to feather allergy. Great bathroom, large and exceptionally clean. Soft towels and essential toiletries. Views of the lake from all windows (if you look left) We we’re left two bottles of still and sparkling water and snacks which was a nice touch. Coffee shop immediately below for breakfast and take away sandwiches. Perfect for our over night stay. We found it to be good value for its location and also quiet despite being a short walk to everything.

it’s an old building, the room was traditional style and lovely, the bathroom was modern and spotless and the sheets were immaculate but there was quite a bit of dust on the mirror, skirting boards etc nothing a flicker of a duster couldn’t fix, didn’t much like the bedspread and throw situation as not sure how that can be cleaned between guests, we just removed it, the lovely white sheets would have sufficed.

the location is perfect, just opposite of the tran station. The restaurants just down of the house. The oner is very friendly and check in is easy. The room is quite big. The bathroom is nice and modern design and comfort. The surrounding there are many monuments places. The lake is just outside of door. The ferry boat and bus staton is just few minutes away from hotel. I will be sure come back to stay this house again. I am sure I will visit Como again. It is my second time visit Como.

Weekend night is noisy outside. Too much restaurants and bars are downstair.

The room was nice and stylish in the very center of Como. Just a few steps from the lake, a bus station (good for a Bellagio trip), one of the train stations and some bakeries and restaurants. Wi-Fi is good. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. Stefano is very welcoming and had some drinks and snacks for us in the room. Thank you!

It was quite noisy at night due to restaurants just under the windows, so you should sleep very tight or bring earplugs.

I’m reluctant to tell you just how fabulous this hotel is but I promised Stefano I would. There are only 6 rooms so book early. The rooms are gorgeous, expansive; beds comfortable and I could live in the bathroom, especially in the shower. You walk a few steps to the lake, a few more to the beautiful town of Como (do not miss this and make sure you see the most beautiful church in Italy, IMO) Stefano is like a magical but very tall elf who appears out of nowhere when you still can’t figure out the keys. Word of warning: rent a car. We took a train & trued to see all the towns around the lake but the ferry was a disaster.

Our stay was perfect.

Room was large and had a lot of charm. The bathroom was nicely updated and the room had a great outlook. We loved the fact that it had a lift and also aircon. Bed was comfortable and the unit was close to restaurants and other things like the ferry wharf. Stefano was extremely helpful and keen to help with all enquiries. We really enjoyed the three nights we stayed here.

Our stay with Stefano ranks among our very best B&B experiences of all time. Everything was flawless. And I mean everything! Accommodation, location, hospitality all 5 star. And a special measure of praise to Stefano himself. He was simply the most gracious and helpful host I can ever remember staying with. He was always available. And most importantly, he really cared about us. We’ve found a home for future visits to Como.
