Hotel Quarcino

We have really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helped us with a map of the city Como. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view. There are more than enough parking space and it wasnt too hard to find the hotel with a car. Its located only couple of minutes from the city centre. If we ever decide to visit Como again, then we are choosing this hotel again

Honestly everything was amazing! Well located, super friendly and helpful hotel staff, very clean rooms that have everything you need, nice little terrace to sit outside and on the last floor, there is a little seating area if you go all the way up through the stairways

Great location in Como town, 5 minutes to the center, train and bus station, and short walk to lakeside. My single room var very nice appointed, very comfortable, everything pristine clean and new.

everything!!! Lovely hotel with thoughtful arrangements of all you facilities you would need during your stay. Room was very new with fast WIFI. Key places like bus station, train station, funicular, pharmacy, supermarket and laundry services are less than 5 minutes walk away. There is church next to the hotel, rings the bell at every morning at 7:30am but I didn’t mind.

it exceeded my expectations by far. Fully renovated with air conditioning rooms literally in the city center. Very positively surprised.

The staff at the desk was so helpful! He took the time to show us on a map of Como, where we could eat, what to see, he helped us find a fabulous private driving company to drive us to Bellagio for an excellent price and also told us where we could get deals at restaurants. All the suggestions were excellent! Breakfast was also excellent and the cappuccinos amazing. I loved that we could eat outside in the garden or inside if it was raining. The hotel was also within walking distance of downtown Como as well as the bus station, train station and ferries. My husband and I feel so fortunate that we found Hotel Quarcino when another hotel in Bellagio didn’t work out for us! It was very affordable and made our trip to Como a very positive and memorable experience.

The washroom was a little small but still fine.

The Hotel is very near the "Como Largo" Train Station, bus station, ferry wharfs, many restaurants and centre of Como. It was a pleasure to stay here as the hotel is like new and staff professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. A terrific breakfast is provided with any type of coffee, tea, juices in a happy garden environment. I would happily come back to Lake Como and definitely stay at Hotel Quarcino in Como Town where lots more happens than in the smaller townships which are easily accessible by bus, ferry and car. I took a train to Verona for the day - 20/30 min ride with frequent connections each way and easily accessible to Milan.

The AC in the room was fantastic!!! After a long day walking around in the heat, it was so nice going back to a cold room to relax. The location was awesome - Quick walk to a ton of bars and restaurants and a variety of transportation (train station, buses, water taxis, ferry, fast boats to Bellagio, etc.) Parking on-site was included, which was incredible. Everything was so clean, and seemed very new and modern in the rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend! We saw that they offered breakfast in the mornings too, if you don’t want to venture out.

This hotel was immaculate! Crisp sheets and a very comfortable bed. everything was super clean. Very pretty backyard garden to sit in. Close to the lake with a supermarket right down the road as well as a bus stop to take you from Como S. Giovanni train. Quiet though right by several lakeside restaurants. i will stay here again!

it was fine for me but just note there is a small hill to navigate.

I booked a single room here and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was for the price. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was wonderful during the very hot weather in Como. The hotel is very close to the Como Lago station, making it easy to get there and to visit to Milan. I couldn't have been happier!
