Excellent location between the statue of Diana and the angel of independence. I felt very safe and secure here. The room was excellent with a well equipped little kitchen area. There was even a mixer for smoothies. I felt so cosy and at home here as a solo traveller. I had no issues with the bed which I was expecting after other reviews. It was firm but not hard. I was reassured by the large steel beam crossing the window which others had complained about . This shows the building's resilience to earthquakes and after the recent Turkish earthquake, was a welcome sight . Natalie on reception was outstanding in her help, care and friendliness. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed and the bed made. The view over Reforma was stunning and I was in room 2005 which had incredible all round views of the area. There are 2 good restaurants at the bottom of the building and a numerous coffee outlets and small shops to buy water and provisions. The layout and design of the room ensured that the sleeping and cooking areas were far enough away not to feel as if they were in top of each other. An excellent stay and I will definitely be back. Amazing value for money given the standard of room and location. Noise issues from the street and next door were fixed with earplugs. For this location, slap in the middle of Reforma, you will get street noise. The fan supplied was more than adequate to keep the room cool in February.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place and was really pleasantly surprised after some of the reviews.

The location is fantastic, overlooking Reforma. The big Pride parade happened while I was there, and this spot was perfect to see the parade - and retreat from it. I got to see it from my balcony through the day after I got tired from being out and about. The neighborhood is full of great coffee shops with wifi. On Sunday it can be noisy, because the street shuts down for exercise (pedestrians, bicyclists and aerobics). The aerobics folks in particular use microphones and speakers. The rooms are serviced, which is fantastic. The cleaning service is professional and flexible. The staff overall are nearly all bilingual (English/Spanish), so even when there was a mess up in my accommodation booking, they fixed it in minutes. Very impressive team of people work there. There's a 24 hour doorman too.

The wifi in the building is erratic. Since I work remotely, that presented some issues. I would either have to find a more stable connection in the building, or leave to one of the coffee shops I mentioned earlier. Usually I just worked from a coffee shop.

The view was stunning, I could see the angel directly from my balcony. It’s located in the heart of the city. The suite itself is stunning, great way to make some meals at your suite if you get over eating out all the time. Staff are friendly, house keeping very kind and attentive.

The curtains need to be blockout, the cut in between them make it near impossible to enjoy a sleep in. Although I didn’t need it, air conditioning would have been a massive plus, I don’t know how guest survive in the heat/cold. My shower also had a very weird system setup - a generic, better pressured system would be ideal.

The location and the view/scenery is fantastic! The view towards the Angel of Independence as well as in the other direction of the street is fantastic. We are after all talking about top floors of 22-floor building! The staff is very nice and helpful, even when they don't speak English.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow (15 Mbit/s down- and upload), but it was always available. The noise of helicopters that sometimes pass by at the room level. The taxi to the airport seem to be more pricey when called by the hotel - take uber instead.

wifi was great when working but there were hours when it would go out. also the elevators weren't working that well. when you called the elevator, both would be called to your floor, rather than just the closest one. for a few days one of the two were out of service so it could take a long time for elevator to arrive when called.

I had the 21st floor room with a window in the front and on the side which was a bonus. The staff made sure I had the best room they were incredible. I had nothing but fun there it was like a dream come true. The rooftop patio is absolutely amazing. You have to stay here.

The soundproofing could be improved though my neighbor was quiet so it was not really an issue. It was incredibly amazing to be in that spot

The location and view from the apartment are amazing. The cleaning crew did an exceptional job.

The apartment was not as listed. I reserved the standard apartment which pictures a sofa and coffee table in a sitting area between the bed and kitchen on the website. There was no sofa and the room was not worth the price paid without a sitting area, it was much smaller.

All good, great value for the money

On the edge of the carpet at the room you can feel staples, and if you walk barefoot or even with socks they will get into your feet, the same happened last time I stayed there, you need to be careful, we informed the staff and they were very receptive with the info and told us they will revise, hopefully they will correct this, apparently is like that in many rooms.

Great location, the suite have a balcony with great view, was clean and everything in the bathroom and kitchen work perfectly, good WiFi signal also for work in there. The common area in the top floor is really good, there are some tables if you want to take your meal in there, and the view is really nice..

The bed is not really comfortable seems that the mattress is very old, besides of that everything was OK.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was as described. Loved the shower with hot water and great water pressure.

Property charges 16% fee to use credit card. This was not included in quoted price by Booking. Walls are thin so could hear other guest. Surprisingly there were alot of families with children. Internet was inconsistent. Good when working but was unavailable for 50% of my stay.
