we ate at Il Becca . The Italian restaurant in the front of the 4 seasons. The food is very salty. the services were excellent but the food was not that good

Breakfast was amazing, great selection and quality of food. Staff are very accommodating. The location is good for Chapultapec but you'll need to get a taxi to Roma and Condesa. We arranged a guided tour to Teotihuacan and the guide they provided (Francisco) was unbelievably good.

They will charge you the most expensive rate for breakfast (which is not included in the price of the room) even if you don't eat from that part of the buffet. The hotel will charge you a handling fee for taxis and other services (I don't know if that's common in North America but wouldn't really be where we are from).

for a 4 seasons hotel the wine list is very poor. also the quality of food at the restaurant could be better. when we needed a taxi to the airport the hotel only offered their cars at a price 4 times of the normal taxi. that was no customer orientation

It's an absolute oasis in the middle of a bustling but shockingly nice, clean modern city. Hotel surrounds a garden courtyard which is lovely to sit and do work or have a great dinner under the stars. The bar is crazy fun for a Four Seasons, have never been to another FS property that has such a bumping bar, almost a lounge/club. Also try the room service cheesecake, it's totally different from what you'd expect but in the best way. Also the almond croissants at the coffee bar are truly perhaps the best in the world. All the staff was amazing. Will 100% be coming back

the constant security / Covid station was a bit annoying, I stayed for 10 nights like after day 3 everyone knew it was me just let me by

The whole building is really chic and unique, the smell of the lobby is really fresh! I love the perfume so much! Also, the garden is so beautiful! The staff here are super nice, from doorman, front desk, concierge to restaurant staff. They all provide excellent service and really considerate of clients.

The property is good, perfect for me. if have to mention one thing, that will be the hair dryer… the current one is not good, hope it can be improved a bit.

We had a fantastic stay in Four Seasons. This hotel is excellent in all regards. Very clean, big room with a super comfortable mattress. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even have an option for guests to communicate with reception via the app, which was a great feature. Hotel is located just 5 mins walk from the entrance to Chapultepec Park. We also highly recommend the ancestral massage from the SPA.

The fact that I had to leave!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The courtyard was beautiful and almost all hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

I didn't have a great check out experience. The gentleman that checked me out was very unhelpful when I asked a couple of questions on my invoice and seemed more interested in other guests whilst he was looking after me.

Excellent location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was slightly on the soft side but still very comfortable (I prefer harder mattresses). The bathroom was large so it made taking showers and getting ready more pleasant. I had to utilize the room service on the morning of departure and it came on time and was quite fast.

I did have to change my room after the first night because of the noise coming from the next door. The people next to me were arguing and I could hear every word. Even regular conversations could be heard. This is most likely due to the fact that my room and the next door had a locked connecting door. Once I moved to a room without a connecting door I had no problem with noise.

The location, hotel, bar, restaurants & most importantly - STAFF - exceeded our expectations by far. The customer service was 5 star. Their response time was prompt during all hours - business days or weekends. We made a few reservations through them & they bent over backwards to help us - even if it included pulling some strings. We came down there to film a production & they were not only accommodating, but excited & helpful for us in any way. The building itself had many open sitting rooms with large couches & tables to work well with team members. We saw other production crews down there as well working - there was ample room for all of us plus some. Great spot for vacation, personal or business.

Some of the accommodation areas and rooms need to be refurbished for newer look as some furniture seem old . Am comparing to other Four Seasons I’ve stayed in in other countries
