Completely met my expectations. Was very comfortable and supplies were nice. Secure building with 24/7 Staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. Liked the kitchenette with a large size refrigerator. Location was great for my needs. Was nice to have a balcony to relax on. The A/C worked great and was nice having an oscillating fan too!! Enjoyed the large 65" Smart TV. I was able to watch my favorite shows and movies via Netflix, Prime, YouTube and other APPs. Was also able to cast from my laptop. I didn't use the fitness center so don't know what that was like. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again! PS, I saw other reviews that mentioned noise and thin walls. I was there over the weekend and never encountered any noise or such.

Bathroom was small and difficult to get around the door to the toilet. Needs a sliding door instead. Glass shower door wouldn't stay closed without putting a washcloth in the track. (Would be a minor fix.) Kitchen glasses are the size of juice glasses so had to buy some larger plastic glasses to drink out of, which I left. Didn't have any door mats so had to borrow the housekeeper's broom a couple of times to sweep, which was fine with me. I was there 5 nights but didn't want any cleaning service. Entry stairs are a little narrow and steep but manageable. Couch was under TV, so I just moved it against the end of the bed and it was fine.

The location was fantastic. The area was super safe and within walking distance of the bus stop, good restaurants, supermarket etc. the rooms were very comfortable too and the staff super sweet. I would definitely go here again when I visit Mexico city. Great value overall

Not much I didn't like. A filtered water dispenser in the main lobby or upstairs near the gym would have been nice. Filtered water options in the rooms would have been amazing. Felt kinda meh having to buy bottled water here and there even though yeah the bottles get recycled, be nice not to have to use the extra plastic

This a great hotel more like a studio apartment. Perfect for long stays because you can cook in the rooms. Large rooms and great facilities. Very close to the Roma district and everything you can need... Restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and understanding. Better if you speak Spanish although some of the staff understands english. Be aware of the first floor rooms very noisy from upstair guest walking and moving furniture. Great place overall. We would stay again for a third time!

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious; everything was very, very clean and new. We loved the balcony and the neighborhood nearby was great -- many little restaurants to choose from, and within easy walking distance to the Avenida de la Reforma.

Well -- they know they need to fix their elevator :). It wasn't a problem for us.

The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We found always place for our car in the basement.

The rooms from the front are little bit loud when sleeping with open windows. There ist no airco and the ventilator could be of better quality, they are very loud. The second time we were there we had a room on the other side on the 3rd. floor, this one was quiet but came a lot of mosquitos when sleeping with open windows. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay there.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Fri go bar well assorted and with very reasonable prices. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they can give you tips on local restaurants or things to do in the area. The location of the hotel is great, close to interesting places

Well, I don't like stairs very much so the stairs in the main entrance made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Tv channels do not work properly, maybe because it was internet based tv cable. The area around the hotel is very lively so it can be a bit noisy at nights.

Super clean and good apartment: nice condition, every day cleaning, good terrace and english speaking personnel. In general, will be happy to stay again. Very comfortable, clean and nice accomodation.

Mini-bar: was charged for 3 Nespresso capsules at the check out. Not a big cost, but against the practice in other hotels. Lack of the room where to put cloths at the entrance. Please note that some of the apartments are located on the first floor and have opaque glass.

Everything but I must warn you Do not book or reserve a room facing the street The noise is unbearable even with the earplugs they provide it’s just not a room you want to be working reading or relaxing you just can’t also I found there is no place to work comfortably at the room there is no working. desk or even if you want to sit and have a meal the stools that look cool at the beginning are not comfortable So what I did is use their roof garden which is a better space rather than work at the room itself

I liked everything just make sure your room is not facing the street

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location (touristy area) with easy access to everywhere. Brian was very friendly upon our arrival. Simple but good gym and rooftop area. Would stay again.

On the first night our street facing room was very noisy due to traffic and another guest next door. We requested another room (rear facing) which was given to us without hesitation.

The hotel is in a good location, with restaurants, cafes and bars all within easy walking distance. It's well located for quick uber and taxi trips to the main attractions of CDMX. At night the location is quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.
