Staff was very friendly and ready to help you. Location is amazing, just a few steps from Angel de la Independencia monument. Lots of restaurants and places to have food around. Very easy to commute from and to the hotel.
The fan in the washroom does not work at all, so you get lots of condensation. Being close to one of the main avenues in Mexico the noise of the traffic is very high; however this is not hotel's fault. It's just FYI.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The check in process was easy and quick, so everything went well.
Towels were not provided until the second day. I didn’t ask for them because I had my own but it would have been an inconvenience had I not. There was a board to iron but not iron in the room. You have to ask for one at the front desk. I’m sure it’s due to going missing.

it have an amazing location near to the independence Angel, also is in zona rosa which is a wonderful area cause it have a lot of bars, restaurants, night clubs and markets
the bed aren’t that confortable and the facilities itself are a bit old, but still well being!
