Location is very convenient and the view was beautiful from the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I lost my cellphone charger and the guy at the front desk looked for one for me to borrow.

The wifi didn't work as expected. I wouldn't stay here if I have to use internet to work.

The location cannot be better, the hotel is in the heart of Mexico City, it is one little Block from Monument of Independence (Angel de la Independencia). if you are tourist this hotel is perfect for you. The hotel is a little old, you can see the floors and ceilings in the rooms with some details. Beds are good to rest as you will stay in at 5 Stars Hotel.

If you will visit this hotel for business, please keep in mind the Internet is not good, I needed to have some Virtual meetings and the internet was not enough to use my camera, I lost connection sometimes. The elevador was having some technical issues during my stay.

I loved the view. I wasn’t expecting to get a view of the angel and I begged the front desk. They told me they will see what they can do. They surprised me with a really good view on the 11th floor.

The sink gave a little trouble for the water to go down. The elevator shakes a little too much. It was scary for me at first but then got used to it. But my friend has really bad anxiety so that’s the only thing she didn’t like about the hotel.

Cozy and very well localized hotel. It is in a nice and calm neighborhood, close to great restaurants, cafés, and to the Bohemian area Zona Rosa. It's possible to go to Chapultepec Castle and the anthropology museum on foot, and also to easily rent bikes to ride in the Paseo de la Reforma avenue.

The cons are: the Wi-Fi doesn't work. As I was working all day, I needed to go to the close cafés to have my Zoom meetings. Moreover, there is no hot water to take shower.

Staff friendly and attentive, lots of space in suite , good facilities , view of the Angel , quiet considering proximity to avenue

No real fault , given age of hotel possibly repairs double glazing would help

Location very convenient. Lovely view of Angle de la Independencia. Big glass windows with a small ventilator to slide open at the bottom. The room was spacious as well and came equipped with a kitchennete. They provided utensils on request. They had a coil stove, microwave and coffee maker. Oxxo convenience store was just across the road. Walmart was 2 km away.

There was a bit of a stench from a vent above the door. We sealed it with a polythene bag and it was fine.

Location is great, specially if you a place to stay before some appointment at the embassy. Staff was very courteous and friendly and helped me accommodate changes in my reservation. Rooms are super spacious and the view of the Ángel de la Independencia was awesome 😊

It's a bit of an old hotel. Beds were a bit hard and we did have one towel that did need to be retired because it had holes 😬 You might still hear the street sounds (even if you're all the way up) when your room has a view of Reforma.

The staff is fabulous. Very cordial and helpful, always with a big smile.

The elevator was not working in the five days that I was there. You had to call the front desk for them to send it up every time you need it.

Big room. Great View. Staff were all lovely. Good location just a bit loud.

Air con would just turn off for extended period. No opening window so was a bit suffocating. Kitchenette was unusable including the fridge which was very disappointing since it was the main reason I chose this venu over others. Wish this was disclosed before booking. Breakfast was late so not good if paid on a day you have a tour or early flight booked.
