there is a dog shelter right under my balcony and obviously thats noisy. Generally the room was quite noisy

We were happy with our choice of hotel. The location in Condesa turned out to be very convenient -- there are shops, cafes, and restaurants very close by but it is not so crowded. We mainly used Uber to get to other areas and that worked out fine. Our room was a good size and was clean and well maintained. We didn't have any issues with noise and so slept well but there were not many guests when we visited so your experience may be different if you travel at peak times. Breakfast was fine -- you can get something freshly prepared or just have toast/cereal. Staff were very helpful which I appreciated a lot -- I arrived at 5am after an 11hr flight and the security guard just handed me my key so I could crash in bed right away.

We didn't have any issues and I would stay there again. It will help you if you can speak a bit of Spanish but if not, I suggest you keep Google translate handy for any complicated questions.

The hotel was very nice. The upstairs bar was very nice when it was opened. The staff was very friendly and helpful, when they could understand you. Most of the staff did not speak English. Outside of all the things I did not like, seeing family and being a part of my cousins wedding was the most important thing and I was blessed to have been a part of it!

Most of the staff did not speak any English. On the website, it shows a restuarant. It was not clear the restuarant was only open for breakfast. If you didn't know you could ask them to cook you eggs, you would never know. The bar was not open everyday. The view from my balcony was a major disappointment. Before I forget, if you have knee issues, hip or back problems, the entrance is like a ramp to get up and thru the door and then there are stairs on top of that to get to the front desk.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and we were given a ticket to have a free alcoholic beverage upon arrival in the upstairs bar. The room was very clean, spacious, and included a large balcony from which to view the activity of the city below and the skyline from afar.

While the room was very spacious, it was also a bit starkly furnished--no hangers, console, desk, or dresser. There was limited space to store belongings inside a connecting bed frame, so for the 7 nights we spent there our belongings remained in our luggage. The room was also very warm (7th floor), and while the staff provided a mobile A/C unit and fan, it was very loud so we opted not to use it. Luckily we didn't spend a significant amount of time in the hotel during the day, so by evening it was bearable and cooler.

The location is fantastic. If I were to live in Mexico City, I definitely choose this area with plenty choices of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is cozy yet modern and functional enough to stay for business.

The area serving breakfast is dark and there are few choices. The hotel has nice terrace bar upstairs and it would be better if the guests can have breakfast there. In any case, I can't expect too much for this type of small boutique hotel though.

I stayed for 6 nights. Location is excellent – leafy and well connected neighborhood. Room was big and clean. Lovely balcony with view. Shower room was fantastic. Very quiet during the week.

Weekend nights were a little noisy with bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel lobby and breakfast room are basic.

Excellent location in Condesa very close to Amsterdam Ave, safe, clean, comfortable, great view of the city and mountains from a spacious balcony (6th floor), very friendly and attentive staff, very large and super comfy bed, fridge worked well, electric kettle, french press and coffee provided, excellent housekeeping. We re-booked twice while we were staying here, and we would stay again. Recommend.

Wi-fi unreliable for streaming and video calls, if you must have that for work I recommend asking about a different floor, we were on 6, and we used a hotspot when it wasn’t good. Hot water takes about 5 minutes, so we had to turn it on 5 minutes before we needed it for both sink and shower. Water pressure is mediocre. Again, we were on the 6th floor and it may be better on a different floor. No microwave.

The hotel is pleasantly situated in a beautiful neighborhood. For a night out, visitors can easily walk to night spots with live music, restaurants, a lovely city park, and book stores or ice cream shops. I even stopped in a vintage record shop! I could not have imagined a better location. There was also public transportation if you chose not to walk, and the hotel has bicycles for use as well.

The breakfast was a little light offering assorted cold cereal, toast, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. I am allergic to milk and anyone who is lactose intolerant may need something more substantive. I found the positive to be that I needed a light breakfast to balance against the heavier foods and taco tasting. The fresh fruit was delicious.

Circulo Condesa was a great stay in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was basic but well appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the bed and the balcony with the view.

The only downside to this hotel is that it does not have AC. Our room was quite warm, so we asked for a fan which was promptly delivered. However, given how hot it was, AC would have been much better.

All the staff are helpful but Juliana is the best, she helped with booking day trips then unfortunately cancelling for us, giving advise when I was feeling sick & even walking with us as we left. Friday market outside the hotel was good although a bit noisy when setting up.
