Great location and cute hotel. We had the room on top with a terrace and it was really spacious. The ac (that we used mostly for the heat) was amazing. Staff was wonderful and arranged som drinks and snacks when we arrived a couple of minutes before midnight on new years eve. Overall well worth the money and a good place to discover these beautiful parts of Mexico city.

The cleaning tbh could be better. The room could really benefit from a deep clean now and then, not only wiping the surfaces.

The WiFi instruction card pointed two of multiple Casa Bis networks "casa bis","Casa Bis", "casabis", neither of them barely worked (room 3). Finally a guy on the front desk gave me the password to a network login that worked fine. The cooler in the room was one of those units that needs a reservoir of water to work at all. It was empty and I had to fix with around ten bottles of water. I also had to fix the filter on the back using a toothbrush that I had to sacrifice.

The location was perfect to explore Mexico City from. Loads of restaurants and bars around, and interesting to just have a walk around. The room was clean and functional. The bed was comfy.

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. Could not figure out what smell it was, i.e. coming from the pipes or just because of humidity.

- location: great is you are here for tourism, you can easily reach centro historico, polanco, coyoacan and parque Chapultepec with a short Uber ride. Lots of great restaurants and breakfast places around - room was very clean and nicely decorated, great size too as in our case we also had a terrace. given that the room was facing the street it was a little bit noisy but nothing too concerning - overall hotel was also super nicely decorated and with 24/7 security. there was also a safe in the room

Amazing location in the heart of the hip area Colonia Condesa. Very welcoming and acommodating staff. Room is small but very cozy, stylish and comfortable. Good noise isolation with 2 windows blocking the sound of the street. And complimentary earplugs in case. But we didn't really need then. We slept wonderfully. Comfy bed and good linen. Spaceous bathroom. Personal note: Adrian was so helpful and let us have late check out because of our disrupted flight. Tip: Next door is an amazing taqueria. Highly recommend to initiate your Mexico City visit with taco al pastor.

The shower head is rain style, it's huge, which feels good but is not practical if you want to keep your hair dry.

The staff and location are amazing - they were friendly and helpful, and there are great food options in short walking distance (even adjacent to the hotel!). Wifi was good in our room, and we enjoyed the terrace. The purified water, coffee and tea in the lobby was very much appreciated! The blackout curtains were awesome for sleeping!

Our room was small, and there was odor from the drain that made the bathroom very smelly. They gave us air fresheners, and those helped but didn't solve the issue. Maybe it's better on upper floors?

The location is perfect! so close to so many great restaurants (Antolina, El Kaliman), bars, shops etc. I enjoyed walking around the tree-lined neighborhood a lot. Adrian at the front desk was REALLY helpful - he helped us book a car, helped to call about covid tests etc. I really appreciated his friendliness!

Room is a quite small, but luckily we got the outdoor terrace. Bed can be more comfortable

Super cute small hotel, well furnished and very comfortable bed! Nice shower and nice a quiet. Victor from reception was very friendly and helpful. Next time I am in CDMX I will definitely book Casa Bis again

The only thing is maybe the breakfast, little more choice would be nice. Having sad that, the area is full of nice restaurants and bars

My husband and I loved staying here! We loved having our own personal patio. The hotel room was so nice and big! The bathroom was very spacious and we loved the tile detail in the shower. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel and Mexico City!

Very safe neighbirhood and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped me find safe transpiration to the airport and really went out of their way to make my say comfortable. The property is also beautiful! I could tell they take great care of it. Would absolutely stay there again!
