Modern apartment in a safe neighbourhood. Well stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer. Provisión of airplugs and white noise machine is a nice touch to combat the street noise.

It was all good.

I loved the view! That was amazing. The location too was excellent, in the lovely neighborhood Condesa and close to a metro station. The apartment looks as beautiful in reality as in the picture. The shower was pretty exceptional too. Overall, a really good stay, and when I get back to Mexico City, I plan to stay here again.

The website could've mentioned that the pool is only open during certain months.

it was stated in an email prior to arrival that there would be basic snacks. nothing was there. and only 3 coffee pods. definitely could use pods for our whole stay. we had 3 people and only enough coffee for day one. patio furniture would be great!

the rooftop garden was great and so was the location.

the pool is a lap pool. so you can’t really sit by it or take a dip-more like it’s part of the gym. it was also closed while we were there-and I was not informed it was closed. if I had know it was a lap pool I would have not booked it.

The beds were very comfortable. The location was great as far as having a lot of restaurants around. And the staff were very friendly.

The only issue we had was that our dryer did not work in the unit. We were given access to another unit to dry our clothes, but that didn't work either. There was a fine for hanging clothes on the balcony, which seemed odd since that is culturally what many Mexicans do. So instead we had to lay our clothes out all over the living room for them to dry. UPDATE: They did credit us $100 for the inconvenience.

I loved the apartment, it has great size, cleanliness, and had all the things I expected should be there! Even some great mexican candy! The staff was also great! But the best was the modern apartment and the way it was decorated!

Everything was perfect as expected!

Taman Condesa is a great location in bustling Mexico City. On Sunday they close major roads for biking and we were able to walk right out of the building to Avenue Mazatlan where it was closed and get on bikes to explore the city. The location makes it loud in the condos which we knew going into it and they do provide earplugs and noise machine to help drown out the traffic. The rooms are great and 2 bathrooms per unit was a bonus for 4 to 5 people per unit. The kitchen is stocked with enough for a week there. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfortable but a little hard for me. The sofa couch was nice to have for 2 extra people to sleep on. My youngest son enjoyed using the gym and it had some decent equipment. The front desk staff were all very nice and very helpful.

I rented 2 units and requested nearby and they were able to get us 2 floors apart. I understand sometimes they can't meet that expectation but it would have been nice to be a little closer. Our floor was a little dirty in one unit when we got there and countertop had some leftover residue. They cleaned the floors right away for us when I spoke with the front desk staff. I just cleaned counters myself. There where no brooms or dust pans in the rooms and that really would have been nice to have. The front desk staff are all very helpful but sometimes not at the desk which I don't think is their fault as they probably have more on their plate than just manning the desk.

Beautiful modern building and apartments. Apartments were stock with everything you would need for you stay. Condesa neighborhood was in a beautiful, safe and convenient location. Building staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff and accommodations were wonderful. The only problem we had had was on arrival when we tried to park in parking lot. The security could not find our name on reservations. We were tried from our flight and really would have like things to be a little more organized. Once things were sorted out we really didn't have any more problems.

The location was located in a super safe and clean neighborhood with so many options for meals and shopping. We got stuck in our neighborhood just exploring because there was so much available. We ventured outside our area after a couple of days. The apartment was very modern and contemporary. The staff was friendly as well as everyone in the building we encountered.

The bed was a little hard for me but that is a personal preference.
