the hotel and rooms are stunning and I thought the free drink on arrival was a really great touch. the rooftop terrace is a lovely place to chill in the mornings and evenings. location of the hotel is close to condesa & roma. all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful if I needed anything.

there is no reception so you spend a lot of your time waiting for staff to show up. I had to let myself into the office to get my suitcase because I needed to leave and no staff were around for over ten minutes. another thing was that the glass shampoo bottle slipped off the side of the bath and smashed and they charged me £48 for this. I understand this is the price of the shampoo bottle on the product’s website but I thought it was a bit unfair to charge me for a full new bottle when I hadn’t smashed a full bottle of shampoo. the wifi barely works.

Location in beautiful Condesa was near many restaurants, taquerias, bakeries, banks — you name it it's a short way away. Quiet in the evening (as city locations go) yet in the heart of the neighborhood and walking distance to Roma, museums in the park (e.g. Anthropologie). Small enough to be intimate and cosy, staff are friendly and the rooftop is a great outdoor space to hang, have a drink or hop in the hot-tub.

Breakfast is made in-house to order, and for being included was good, however I'd recommend you grab all your other meals in the nearby eateries — so much to discover and enjoy, including the taqueria El Tixoncito (creator of Al Pastor according to them) couple blocks away. Other meals I believe are catered (ordered in).

A beautiful, stylish new hotel in Condesa. We loved the luxuriousness of the place - we had a massage at the spa and also made use of the rooftop bar with jacuzzi. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious with Mexican and American options available. The room was stylish with an incredibly comfortable bed and a good strong rain shower. The location is ideal, on a quiet street in Condesa where you can walk to great restaurants. The hotel were really kind in letting us check in early, and let us leave our luggage until we left for the airport in the evening.

Our only complaint would be that sometimes you could hear noise in the corridor and when they are setting up the furniture on the terrace in the early hours of the morning.

The staff was fantastic, Stefano and all the other staff were exceptional. The rooms were new, quiet, clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. I have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and this one absolutely stands out in every way. It is in a perfect neighborhood, parking was easy, the breakfast was amazing, the terrace is great. I highly recommend this hotel. I will try to stay here every time I visit Mexico City.

No complaints at all. Worth noting that there was a fan (no A/C), but the room is still very comfortable due to the mild climate of Mexico City, I wouldn’t have needed a/c during the stay. Air quality in the hotel is excellent. It is a small boutique hotel but it is exceptionally clean and well located.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the Condesa neighborhood! Unassuming front/entrance but cozy, romantic and welcoming inside. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooms are chic and comfortable. We spent a little time on the rooftop as well which feels like an oasis in a busy city. The staff was delightful in setting up the jacuzzi for us too one night. The hotel is perfectly located in Condesa neighborhood near to both Parque Mexico and Parque Chapultepec, as well as a ton of cute restaurants, bars and cafes. It's more residential so quieter but a short walk away from Roma where it's a bit more lively!

Towels could have been a little cleaner (some had stains) but overall the room and hotel were clean! Wasn't super clear how to order a drink or food at their small restaurant or on the rooftop.

location is great. The room is quiet and has a lovely bath tub spa. I was surprised that the roof top also has a spa tub that fills fast with hot water which made for some beautiful spa night sunder the stars. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Bedroom is cozy and yet if you are tall or in a couple mind you the bed could be too small for you. Excellent quality sheets and facilities

No one spoke a word of english, there is no reception so we had to use translators which took a while to get through. i believe it is abit over priced considering the space. Breakfast was limited for my taste and didn't appreciate all the options as someone with certain dietary requirements.

The location is good and quite. The breakfast is very nice with friendly service. The Hotel is outstanding for its decoration and cosiness. You just feel at home... The spa is also very nicely decorated and ooze relaxation.

No good restaurants around... and maybe one little detail....I say little because the hotel is quite and guests are obviously careful about noise. But making the doors to the rooms a bit more soundproof would be a must. Just need that sort of rubber strip you stick around the door frame. Cost nothing and takes no time...

excellent location, walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurants, and in a very safe neighbourhood. hotel is brand new, very clean. comfortable beds, great shower. staff are lovely and helpful (though its a 8 room hotel, and usually only one staff on hand except at breakfast). Filter water jugs provided in room. Breakfast was great, good variety of options served a la carte.

Only problem is they do not have AC in the hotel and can get quite hot even with the fan. No Lifts either.

very comfortable bed, with a cozy duvet. lovely bathroom & shower, the welcome drink was a nice touch. all the staff were very friendly. the terrace has potential to be a great asset, it looks lovely up there. great to have such a big TV with all the apps in the room, and room service was quick. the cocktails were great and good value.

these are just constructive comments as it’s a new hotel. overall we loved our stay, but for the luxury to match the price tag there’s a few improvements that could be made. 1) more atmosphere in the communal spaces (restaurant and rooftop) - some music would be a great start. perhaps something to bring people up there to create atmosphere. 2) a little bit better communication/explanation of the facilities, for example we weren’t told how you could use the jacuzzi, or the spa, or the key code to enter and leave - this felt as though we were tip-toeing around a little. 3) the food could have some improvements, it was quite basic for £200 a night stay. 4) wifi was very temperamental.
