Has everything you could possibly need When you are away from home. The place is very spacious. The bedroom and bed were huge and very comfortable. It was very cold weather but the heaters were great in the bedroom and lounge/dining room.

We stayed upstairs, and the stairs were a bit steep coming down, especially being wet. The receptionist asked if we needed help taking our luggage up, so they would definitely help to bring them down if needed. They went above and beyond to help make our 2 day stay amazing.

Perfect location for where we needed & easy access to St Helier's Bay, Mission Bay & town. Staff were superb, friendly & very helpful. Unit had everything we wanted, was very clean, the shower was first class & the bed was fabulous. The view over fields & horse paddocks on both sides was unexpected & pleasant.

Our room was noisy until quite late with footstep from adjacent unit being enough to keep us awake. The bathroom was very well appointed & clean but a little on the small side.

The service was amazing! I had to rush for work early in the morning plus I missed my kids and was weird being away for couple hours. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt me & hubby actually relived a couple memories within a stay over night elsewhere from home and kids. I trust and hope my husband cleared the room and put things into place as well as disposing our rubbish because if not I’ll be definitely disappointed . Everything was beautiful! the room was so spacious and clean. Customer service was amazing. I can go on and on, however do not hesitate to select “book”. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

The room was gr8 everything we needed was avaliable kitchenette etc bed was super comfy and the shower was very nice as well clean tidy 1 bedroom apartment we couldn't see the sea view but could see the sky casino

Busy road Parking just off the road but parking was free so we were quiet happy

convenient even though it was on a busy Rd

they need to put a bit more effort into furniture need to up date them and think about placement could only get one tv channel on the tv they all so need to up date the welcome book as what they say in there doesn’t match up with what they have had to ask for a toaster was there for 2 days and only got Mike for one day

the staff were very friendly and are great with communication. it’s a lovely little property and i enjoyed the room and facilities. the pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing!

while it was a short walk away from cafes it wasn’t as close to bigger shopping centres as i thought but that is my fault not the properties

Spacious, clean, modern and quiet room. Great location, close to town, everything you need and staff were friendly. Lovely hotel, would easily stay here again.

Floor needed mopping. Feet would become dirty after shower and there were no slippers Bed was very squeaky but comfortable

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the facilities and the entertainment set-up (Chromecast and wifi). The location is also good in that a good meal is no more than 10 minutes away.

I thought the kitchen was quite bare, with few bowls, plates and cutleries to use. I didn't bring food back to the room, but if I were to invite a guest over, there isn't much to use.

Could have done with a couple of mats on the floor. Couch uncomfortable to sit for long watching tv so watched from my bed. No curtain on lounge window.
