The location is excellent. The staff is helpful. Inexpensive.

The shuttle service the offer is a bit expensive in comparison to other hotel shuttle service. The shower pressure wasn’t strong and it takes time for hot water to start running.

Excellent location close to most major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The accommodation was very basic but provided us everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating when we found our room way too cold, and he showed us how to turn on a second heater plus gave us an extra duvet! They also let us store our luggage there for the afternoon after checking out before our evening flight. Given the fantastic location, it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I want to express my great satisfaction. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, which greatly contributed to making my stay very enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is ideally situated, which made getting around easy. The room was very well appointed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this establishment and hope to return soon!

The room was very clean and organized. It was perfect from a tourism point of view and everything required for a night stay was available. The location was more than perfect, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. It is on the main street and is super close to Gulhane station which makes it very easy to access from airport (via Havaist to Beyazit station then tram from beyazit to Gulhane). The owner/staff was extremely helpful, kind and understanding, speaks great English too. I will definitely stay again on my next visit. Great, great value for money! Highly recommended.

only one set of key to the room, so it could be a bit inconvenient. you have to pay for your own drinking water.

Firstly I noted perfect location: 3 minutes on foot from Marmaray's station (you may get here through metro, for example), the same from Tram station. You simply to find this hotel and not lost in the city. 5 minutes and you on embankment of Golden Horn or Galata bridge. Very close main attractions - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Archeology museum and etc. When I got to the place, I received even single room (instead common room (my choice) and it was very comfortable. Very polite personal, always helps with route, advice with any thing about the city. In summer months are not any problems with temperature into rooms, conditioner works well. Washbasin is located into room - it's very comfortable for little washing things (washing fruits, for example). Stable Wi-fi (few variants). May be not the cheapest variant in the city, but from location, personal and comfort - I may advice this hotel for travellers.

A bit noisy from the street, but if you don't sleep keenly - you don't notice it.

Amazing place, ran by two brothers who genuinely have a big heart. My heartfelt gratitude to Selim, who helped me whenever i aksed for something. Being only 5 mins away from all the tourist attraction is just one of many advantage.
