Great location near the ferry, tram, and metro and yet on a fairly quiet street, at least in February. A family-run hotel, all staff members are very friendly and helpful - they aim to please at all times. Although some staff members don't speak English, there is always an English speaker available. We loved the Turkish breakfasts but noticed some guests were sticking with the western-style offerings which in our view was a mistake to miss out on the tasty Turkish food. There are not a lot of western food offerings but I bet they would make some scrambled eggs if you requested it. Nice firm bed and a nice balcony with a table and chairs. There's a small lift for 2 people for those who don't like stairs.

The owners were amazing so hospitable and kind. Everything was amazing hotel was clean, very cute, helpful, friendly, comfy beds etc. Amazing 100% would come back. The best staff and owners we felt right at home. Location is amazing close to everything. The staff went out of their way to accomdate us and make sure we were happy. And we didn't feel like we were being tricked as tourists. Our room was a king bed and 2 twin beds. So it's not tiny but not huge. It was just right for its use. It's very close to the tram to get everywhere. And easily accessible by taxi as well. We went to another hotel in the area before and didn't have an amazing experience like we did here.

Nothing everything was perfect.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Istanbul. The daily room cleaning was thorough and uninterrupted. The diverse and delicious food options left me satisfied each day. The hotel's strategic location, close to major attractions and the metro station, made exploring the city a breeze. The staff's warmth and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel like I was staying with family. Their genuine care and love for guests left a lasting impression. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I liked everything in the hotel particularly staff.

Very hospitable hosts, clean cozy apartment in the touristic spot of the city. Easily accesible to restaurants, souvenir shops, transportation and of course the historical monuments. Lots of choices for breakfast and Turkish tea. Mustafa is an excellent host and helped me with taxi bookings, to suggesting places to visit and what to do in the city.

There is some construction going on and it may have some noise during daytime but it didn't bother me and I was already outside before they started.

The location is excellent, you can walk to many locations in that area that are on max 10-15 minutes. There are plenty restaurants with great food around the hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. I also loved that while waiting for our friends on the chairs outside, the staff brought us tea and we did not even asked! Thank you!

The room that we stayed in was a little small and there was not much space for storage, but it was not a problem cause we were out all the time :)

Why choose this hotel: - If you are on a budget, it's perfect value for money - Want to see each part of the town - Tram and ports are near, and you don't have to climb uphill - A lot of choices for food and souvenirs for a cheaper price nearby - Friendly and helpful staff - Excellent WIFI - Towels are changed every day - Breakfast is good and there is a variety of options - They can organize airport shuttle (recommend) and PCR tests if needed - It's good for couples and solo travelers

If you have a light sleep you probably wouldn't like the noise. We were on the first floor and even with the windows shut, we could hear the life outside. After 12 am it gets quieter. But the bed is good, so it might help you to get into a deep sleep faster :) It would be nice to have more functional space for cosmetics in the toilet around the sink and in the bedroom but it's managable. There are also hangers for the stuff.

A family run hotel in a quiet part of Istanbul. The location is excellent - visited all the major sites of Sultanahmet by walking. Gülhane Park is less than a five minute walk, and it is terrific place to walk or sit. The rooms were very clean, and everything worked as it should, including the wifi. Breakfast was amazing - there was a rotating menu over the duration of our stay which meant a good variety of eating options were available. The staff were fantastic - friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt like part of the family by the time our six night stay was concluded. The hospitality we were shown will always be fondly remembered. This hotel was a significant reason why we loved Istanbul. When we next visit the city, we will definitely stay here again.

Found the room a bit small for a family of three. We looked at the family room and it was much better suited. Will choose the family room for our next visit.

The staff are lovely, so welcoming and helpful. We could not fault the service in any way. Our room was great, very spacious with a large bathroom and a large balcony where we enjoyed relaxing and watching the street life below. The location is perfect, very quiet and walking distance to so many of the sights and the port for hopping on boats up the Bosphorus or across to the Asian side. Also very near the T1 tram line stop. It was lovely to return to the quiet haven of the hotel after walking all day.

It is conveniently located in Sultanahmet district, walking distance from Topkapi palace, Aya Sophia and Blue mosque. This place is very close to many restaurants and shops. Tram station is 6 min walk. Staffs and owner were very nice and friendly.

Rooms were smaller than expected (this probably could be the norm given it’s location in the busy Sultanahmet district?). Breakfast options was limited but still ok.
