The hotel is lovely and they are making improvements which you can see will be beautiful when finished, the improvements didnt impact our stay in anyway, we had a lovely stay and staff were very helpful and polite. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was amazing, we all were very happy with what we ordered and we were spoilt for choice with the menu. We had breakfast the next morning, it was very reasonably priced and was cooked to order, we all loved the hotel and we would definitely return again.

They were very accomodating, although i did send a request to have my little dog with us (which wasn't replied to) they let us stay regardless. So fair play there. Much appreciated. If anyone is booking with Booking.com and see they allow pets, its not your pets its actually only Service Dogs. I did not know this until we arrived with our miniature Jack Russell and was stared at coming through the doors by about 4 staff because we had our dog with us ha 😂. (like i had said before error on their part for not responding to my request) but they accomodated us which was super nice of them. Also they allowed us to come freely in and out a side door for our dog to wee. All in all a great stay. Thank you 😊

The double beds in rooms are 2 single beds put together, i woke up with a very sore back and one was higher than the other so i kept rolling out. I'd probably suggest different beds put in. Don't get me wrong i still had a good night sleep even if i did wake uo with extra pain. 😊

How close it was to where we had to be. The staff were all very nice and nothing was an issue. The rooms were very spacious. The food was amazing. The price paid was very reasonable compared to most hotels at the moment.

I think there is decorating going on as you noticed it walking to the room and the smell of strong paint. The room had cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling but apart from that it was fine for what you paid.

The room was very spacious, very clean and modern, the food both for breakfast and dinner was super yummy and the staff, especially Nicole super helpful and friendly

The only minor thing is, the arrangement of the sockets in the room, I'd have liked if there'd been sockets on both sides of the bed and closer to it

bathroom needed updating. there were rusty screws in the support handle on the bath wall and there was some mould in between the tiles above the bath. The base sheet of the bed wasn’t large enough to cover the bed completely leaving my side of the mattress exposed.

Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything was provided in the room such as hairdryer, ironing board and iron, tea/coffee station. Was a very pleasant stay.

The shower in our bedroom only had lukewarm water…and also due to the shower having no base the water got everywhere on the floor in the bathroom.

The lovely staff, the wonderful room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and we loved walking into the beautiful dining room. The surroundings are beautiful so you're immediately in a great vacation mood. The menu is to die for! Please try the steak sandwich and the sirloin steak, because they are amazing.

Water was very hard to get warm and we sadly did not have a bath. But that did not bother us too much.

I stayed here a couple of times in November during Covid on flying visits to a relative, so I knew what to expect. Wanted to stay 3 nights but only one available. Too few hotels in Banbridge. Thought the price would have gone up, pleasantly surprised it hasn’t. Good value breakfast. The cats were just as friendly as last time…Fluffy and Princess. (Have to stay outside though.)

The Hotel was in a lovely location, the staff serving our meals and at the bar were very friendly , we had food both nights in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The bedroom was very nice and clean.

There was a fight on the second night we stayed it started in a room two doors down from us, which ended up screaming and shouting outside our bedroom it went on for a good while, a lot of the guests were put outside unforuately it was outside our bedroom window, the police were called and around 3/3.30 it was sorted out It would have been nice to get a bit of an apology for the disturbance from managment. We ordered tea and toast for breakfast, wasn't ask if we wanted white or brown bread only brown bread came and it was cold no plates or napkins At reception when paying for breakfast the lady on the desk wasnt very nice she actually was rude

I stayed here for two nights when visiting around 8 different work customers around Northern Ireland. It was a very good base to do this due to the location. Car parking was not a problem, Wi-fi was decent, rooms were good and clean. Food in the restaurant was very good and a lot of it on your plate. I will probably stay here again for my next trip.

There was a wedding on and a party when I was there so it was a tad busy and noisy at some stage but didn't bother me too much :-)
