Had an absolutely fabulous stay! Nice, modern boutique like hotel situated in a lovely little square and only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful and weren’t your typical robotic get you checked in quick concierge. They helped get us a taxi within 5 minutes on what was a crazy busy day with a big event on which we were so thankful for. Forgot that we had breakfast included so that was a nice surprise and it was absolutely fantastic! I was worried about it being a set menu because I’ve only ever had buffets but the choices were brilliant, portions were huge and it had everything you needed! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had great air conditioning. All in all, the value for money was absolutely fantastic and I’d 100% book here again next time we go to visit Belfast! Much much nicer than your typical chain hotels in the centre charging over the odds and it is so easy to get to the city in 15 minutes or so whether that’s by taxi or train.

The hotel has improved since our last stay six months ago. Breakfast choice is excellent and cooked fresh. We dinned in the restaurant on two nights and the food was really good with healthy portions. If we had a meal deal for half board we probably would have taken it. Staff are friendly and did very well during our stay wish them all a Happy Christmas.

The carpark is great for getting into the hotel, but paying every time you go in and out is tedious. If we could just pay for 24 48 or 60 hours would be a lot easier, or even weekly at a discounted rate. The hotel do not own the carpark and it is outside of Haslam's control, but might be worth asking the car park operators if this is possible.

Very stylish hotel, the food was very good and the atmosphere was fantastic. Really felt you could relax. it is also a great location - a 5 minute walk to the train station and from there a 20 minute train ride into central Belfast! The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough which really makes a difference.

It would have been great if the hotel had some allocated parking - there are plenty of public car parks you can use via Just Park very near the hotel in Lisburn but if the hotel offered some sort of discount on the standard parking charges or had a few allocated spaces, this would have been the icing on the cake!

The receptionist were very welcoming and helpful at all times, beds very comfortable and Breakfast was AMAZING….really good both mornings and the breakfast staff were fantastic even under pressure.

Unfortunately the restaurant staff particularly the man that seemed to be running it was very rude. We ordered drinks ok, then had to ask for water 3 times, eventually on the 4th time of asking a lovely girl brought it for us, but the man was very abrupt and rude. Also we had preordered Vegan Mushroom rissotto in advance but it had NO mushrooms in it and seemed to be made with acidic pickled onions ?.

This is a lovely hotel and what stood out is the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hotel food is very good but if you fancy a change there are other nice places in walking distance. Parking is under the hotel and parking of Lisburn Square parking but the parking charges are reasonable. Will go back next time I'm in NI on business

when I booked the room I wasn’t aware of the live music being played till after midnight. I love music but that night I was particularly exhausted and just needed sleep. to be fair the music was lovely and the crowd listening sounded happy.

Receptionst was really good, her name is Rebecca. Cory/Cody the night shift guy was great too help me get water etc when shops were closed. the breakfast guys weren't the best on Sunday morning. it was very slow and we got served last after an hour and it was very cold and we didn't get what we ordered. we didn't get an condiment even after we asked, and Rebecca noticed from receptions and brought it. on week days you get very basic continental (cold croissants and pain chocolate, meat and cheese no fruits no juice) this wasn't ideal. I had to ask the Monday breakfast lady for more as it was bad so she gave me oats which was helpful.

Sunday morning breakfast team. didn't like the slow service over one hour wait. we got given sour smashed avocado. tasted like it had been around for a few days.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, very pleasant greeting on arrival, lovely atmosphere in the hotel with a guitarist playing, exceptional room which smelt devine and was super clean with a big TV, tea an coffee, fridge, spacious rain shower. Breakfast was delicious will definitely be recommending and returning. Also parking available beside in lisburn Square reasonable price to!

Very comfy bed. Nice bathroom with excellent large shower. Controllable temperature in the room is very good idea and easily managed. Large (as in Huge) TV! Nice selection of teas and superb filter coffee sachets provided. Very secure and room was quiet. Location perfect for bars restaurants shopping etc. Quality of food for breakfast was very good.

Storage space in room not overly generous but perfectly adequate for overnight stay. Overall space in the room a bit tight (as bed was so big!) Range of options for breakfast a bit limited - but really nice and all freshly cooked.
