When we arrived, the staff was super kind and helpful with everything. The room was really clean, we got clean sheets, towels and empty bin every single day. Well equipped rooms with a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, Hendon Central is only for a 3-5 minutes walk and you can travel to the city center in half an hour. Lots of shop and cafés around the area.

The hotel was easy to find when getting off the M1 and there was plenty of parking available. Cameras watch all parts of the car park so it felt secure. Check-in was smooth and Alejandro was great and so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfy and the decor was modern and clean, with plenty of wardrobe space which some hotels lack. The location was great and only 5 minutes walk to Hendon Station which takes you into Euston in about 20 minutes. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to London.

Only tiny issue was there wasn't any milk for the coffee/teas in the morning, not a huge issue as the room has a fridge so we got some from the local shop.

The hotel was in an ideal location for us to drive to with ample parking. 5 mins from the M1. Then, it was a 10 min walk to Hendon Central to get an underground train on the Northern Line. Locally, there was a Nisa, an Italian restaurant that did a nice breakfast and a great Asian restaurant. The hotel itself was clean, well equipped with a hairdryer, full-size fridge, complimentary water, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Staff were friendly, we isn't need them for anything just check in and out. We shall be back as it was so convenient and a great find!

It's a silly one really, we had a room on the top floor which was 2 flights of stairs. Now we know the layout, for future stays we will ask for a ground floor.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hide, an exquisite boutique hotel in London, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the impeccable service and warmth of the staff made me feel right at home. The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they are always ready to assist with any request. The manager, in particular, is a gem - friendly, approachable, and dedicated to making your stay perfect. The location of this hotel is a dream for travelers. Situated near the tube station (northern line), and the bus stop at the door step, getting around London was a breeze and everything was easily accessible. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a modern yet cozy ambiance. They are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a haven of relaxation after a long day. I can't recommend this boutique hotel enough. It's the perfect place of luxury and comfort in the heart of London, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff and Khaled, the manager. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely nothing!

The staff was very kind. I have my requirements for the room and the decoration. We have exchanged of emails before our arrival and on the day of the check-in all was just perfect. I can say everyone was kind and smiling, happy to help. We have been having personal celebration and the hotel offer us free breakfast and drink. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse, Ilknur made the best coffee for us, even we run a bit late for the breakfast she was so kind to wait for us with no rush.

The room was a bit dusty, but I believe this is because of the carpet and the working aircon. Overall it was clean and nice

Continental breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and very fresh. Great value too with under 15s free. The hotel was very clean, rooms a good size with toiletries and nice decor. It was also very quiet as our rooms were at the back of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and helpful. Parking was free and we left the car there after checking out on the Sunday morning as we had an event to go to in central London in the afternoon. We had to pay for this extension but at £10 until 8pm it was excellent value. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was perfect for easy access to central London by tube. Hendon tube station was only 1 minute walk away. We drove to Hendon from Northamptonshire, as we didn't trust the reliability of the train services, due to potential strike action. This was a great option for us and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was less than a block from the subway station. The staff was friendly and willing to help / answer questions. The hotel was clean and comfortable and was a good value considering its location. It was quite a ways from downtown but with the subway we got around quite reasonably (except for one late night in downtown London when we had a hard time getting a cab back to the hotel.) Overall we had a good stay at the hotel.

The hotel didn't have an elevator so we had to haul suitcases up a flight of stairs. The location was a bit out of downtown so we had to use the subway, taxis, or Uber to get around (but we knew that in advance.) I'm not sure there were many restaurants close to the hotel.

This is a hidden gem not too far from city center. Firstly, the staff and service are incredible. Khaled, the manager, was so helpful at check-in and later. Alessandro was a huge help with information annd tips about getting around. The breakfast from Iknur and Joanna was delicious, with great variety and a great value. The rooms are comfortable, very clean. The hotel is 2- 3 blocks from Hendon Central Station, the Northern Line which goes right into the heart of London, very easy to get to many attractions. A special note about Khaled... I left something valuable at the hotel and Khaled wenet above and beyond in getting back to me. A true professional with the highest level of intergrity.

There is no elevator but there are not a lot of stairs. Also train station has stairs if anyone has trouble with stairs.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, very good black out curtains. Gentleman on reception when we arrived (22/10/23 3pm) was very friendly, made us feel welcome and comfortable as did all staff we interacted with. Good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room, and lovely l'occitane toiletries available. Bottled water in the fridge was appreciated. Hotel is on a busy road, but despite having a room on that side of the hotel the noise wasn't too bad, although in summer with windows open I imagine it could be quite loud. We didn't have the continental breakfast but it looked like a good spread with a variety of cheeses and cold meats. Ideal for travellers coming in on the M1 as really easy to get too, 5min walk to the tube station, and nearby bus stop into the city.

Good water pressure, although the handheld shower is far too short so only useful for washing your legs, a longer hose would be an improvement.

For a continental breakfast. The choices were good and plenty. The cappuccino was excellent. The only thing that I would question is. There are not enough tables and chairs for all guests to sit down at. Our room was at the rear of the hotel. So it was good and peaceful.

The stairs going up to the rooms were a little hard for us. There could have been clear directions to get to the hotel car park at the rear. One thing that was a disappointment was. We were offered orange juice when we arrived. But that turned out to be orange squash. They need to get that right.
