A Room With A View

Property location is brilliant. It is right on the seafront near the pier and a range of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Property itself is very nice, it is modern and the rooms are nice, light and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I just can’t get over the view we had from our room. It was beautiful, especially at night when the pier was all lit up. There are a lot of stairs to climb, especially if you’re on the higher floors which we were. It was fine for us as we are fairly young and mobile but may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or of an older age, as no lift available.

The location was indeed excellent, and the accommodation lives up to it's name. The staff were all very friendly. The room was a good size, and had good facilities overall. We enjoyed the view we had of Brighton Pier and how close we were to everything we wanted to see in Brighton. The breakfast each day was excellent, I really enjoyed everything I had, either from the buffet or from cooked fresh. They were very flexible with my partners intolerances which made her stay a lot less stressful, knowing she could eat a breakfast that she knew all of the ingredients for. Parking was also great, very flexible, we didn't stay in front of the hotel, but instead stayed in one of the spaces a couple of buildings away which was very convenient and meant we didn't have to switch cars with anyone at all.

There was nothing major to dislike. A couple of small things though. The fridge in the room didn't work very well, and the pillows are were very thin (I didn't have any issues with aches and pains though, but just something to be aware of if you might want to bring your own pillows?). There were a couple of areas in the room where crumbs had been left behind from a previous stay too, but otherwise the room was very clean and tidy.

Great comfortable room, great location, very simple to get into Brighton centre via the bus service just outside the property. Superb views from the full height windows with shutters to close out the lights and noise. Deep soak bath & separate shower was a real treat! Great breakfast, and being a vegetarian was no issue at all with lots of options available. Off street parking was a massive bonus so close to Brighton centre.

Great attention on arrival, unfortunately this was lacking on departure, it would be nice to say cheerio and thank somebody for our stay. More information on how to check out would be appreciated and it would feel as if our stay was valued.

The hotel / guest house is located in an old seafront building not far from the pier. Our room was on the third floor with a nice sea / pier view. Everything within the room was well equipped with a nice ensuite. The breakfast was excellent with fruit, cereal and pastries and a full menu to choose a main breakfast meal cooked to order. What we ordered was cooked to perfection and the service was friendly.

Our only slight criticism would be that our bed could have been slightly larger as we’re used to a super king size at home. A lift would of been nice but in an old building this isn’t practical Neither of these things spoiled our visit.

The Single Bed Room was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the room is well equiped with all the necessary things you need. The breakfast is a nice buffet and you can also order breakfast menus a la card. The Location of the hotel is perfect, directly to the beach and only 10 min walk to the central places. As my stay in Brighton didnt went as expected, due to some illness, the staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful in this situation. Thank you again for you help and understanding! I really appreciated it. I can highly recomend this Hotel!

Room was very nice and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very professional and very friendly. Location was superb and within walking distance of all attractions. The reason we chose this Hotel is because it looked very clean,modern and had guaranteed parking on site. We would highly recommend.

There was just one thing I think is needed that's more hand rails on opposite walls to bannisters as stairs are quite steep being an older property.

Good room with a wonderful view of the sea and pier through a large picture window ,excellent breakfasts .Attractive clean and comfortable room .Staff were friendly and very helpful about parking the car .Parking is a real bonus in Brighton .Location is excellent for restaurants, pubs and near enough to the town centre for an easy and picturesque walk into the centre and to the beach

Great location to explore Brighton. Right on the sea front and indeed a great view. Breakfast was fab and a nice choices. The cooked breakfasts were well done and very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a single room which was small but was lovely and had everything I needed for my stay. A nespresso machine and other hot drink options, water in the fridge and toiletries for the bathroom. The room was very clean and was cleaned during my stay too.

It was noisy in the evening but it is central so it's to be expected so couldn't complain really! But maybe handy to know beforehand so you can make an informed decision.

The place was really good, clean and very near the city centre either parking that although limited was managed well.

My only disappointment was despite stating accessibility issues, we were put in an attic room which was really hard work. I noted this in my requests and was not contacted about it, it may have changed my mind had I known. I just had to plan my access to the room which was a disappointment for me. If someone states they have problems they need to let people know and give them the choice, it made what could have been a wonderful visit to a good one, I was planning to ask to stay a couple more days but couldn't cope.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the pier and main town, and just the right distance for it to be quiet at night time. Comfy single room which was very clean and had excellent facilities, although I didn’t take the breakfast option the dining room looked very well kept and sitting area is of high quality. Parking was included which is a great bonus!

Nothing to dislike at all, everything was clean and worked perfectly well in the room. The member of staff was very polite and helpful and I had no issues to speak of.
