Central location, cleanliness, very friendly and very helpful ladies at the reception. Quiet room, in the middle of Kemptown. I will be back!

Basic hotel but it’s okey for a short stay and ladies are very welcoming, needs some renovation though.

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the pier and sea life centre and plenty of shops and cafes around. The staff were so attentive and friendly, from the moment I sent my first query they responded almost straight away with a friendly answer. And upon arrival until check out all the staff I dealt with were friendly and thorough. The room was nice and had everything I needed, it was clean and a nice temperature, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The bathroom was a little run down and could do with a new shower and cubicle.

The room service was good, I would have liked more towels though, or have them changed daily. The room was perfect for one person. The shower was confusing at first but when I got warm water, all good! I appreciated how secure the doors were and how it was vital we lock them.

The location was a bit sketchy for a single woman. I would have liked to know that beforehand. Thankfully I had someone walk me home every night.

Top point was the receptionist. She was so welcoming that I was shocked. The check in was very smooth.All my questions were answered. The room was clean. I enjoyed the coffee and bicuits they offered in the room.

My only problem was at night the heater was off so I woke up trembling with cold. Though I understand these days energy prices are very high. Alternatively they can put more blankets in the room.

Great location. For the price I can’t fault it. Lovely staff, Tatiana was wonderful and despite us being late to check in, she was kind and accommodating. Great room, proximity to beach, clubs, laines etc. pretty ideal. Clean sheets, fast WiFi, tea and coffee free of charge.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but not unbearable.

The property is situated very near the grand pier about 5-10 mins walk and city center around 5-10 mins walk as well. So many shops around and restaurants.

The property doesn’t have lift and we were on the top floor and we had a baby. Would it be better if we were on the ground floor but still okay.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, very close to amenities

I am a very light sleeper and struggle to sleep, there is a lamp post right outside the window, because of the bay window and the ceiling the curtains have a gap, maybe considered putting blinds up so you can pull them down under the curtains

Location perfect to walk to the city centre, to the pier, to the Lanes, to the pavilon, museum. less than 10min walking time. very good value for price ratio of the hotel.

It is difficult to find a parking spot, but between 8pm and 9am parking is free on the street.

The mattress was very soft and made for really comfy sleeps. The ability to come and go from the hotel at any time without needing to be let in by a member of staff during the night hours. Location to the beach was great and was enough away from the main hub of the town so was generally quiet, despite the seagulls having a party most mornings.

Even though I knew the hotel was along a side road among other hotels, the view from the window looked out over the back of the buildings behind and meant people who looked through their windows could see into ours quite easily if the curtains weren't closed. Also during the very warm period it was even more so in the room so had to have the window open as often as possible but did leave us exposed due to the buildings behind being so close. The wifi was very poor for actually working despite being connected to 3 of their hubs, and also the tv reception was bad and could only pick up a handful of channels that didn't break up.
