INNit Rooms - SaltWater Guest House

We liked pretty much everything - we had room on 1st floor, there was mini fridge, two glasses, two spoons and cups. Tea, coffee and electric kettle. The bathroom was rather small, but clean and sufficient for two-three nights. We were there in October and the rooms were very well heated. It was well located - close to groceries, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, and close to the old town and beach as well.

It is a small detail, but the wash-basin in bathroom was quite small, it was a bit challenge to clean the teeth or wash the face. But we managed.

As a big fan of upcycling, loved the elegant room decorations. The area was great, very close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and airy. The owners were very accomodating and friendly. I would return again.

Nothing that I could think worth mentioning after a nice stay at value for money.

The entrance door and rooms also have password access. You can also enter and exit the hotel without a receptionist. That s simple. There are also nice Turkish restaurants around. There are also cheap markets. Transportation is very convenient. Hot water in the bathroom was also fine. Cleaning and necessary materials were available .

The bed wasn't very comfortable because there was an iron under the bed, but it didn't bother me much. There can be a lot of noise outside at night, but it didn't bother me much. There was no desk. This may be important if you are a working person.

Amazing location, close to everything you could want to see in Brighton and very convenient for shops, cafes etc. Perfect as a base for touristing. Quaint little shabby chic room but with everything I needed (kettle, hair dryer etc.). Comfy bed and decent shower pressure (shower and loo were combined like on a ship). I didn't actually meet any of the staff but the person I dealt with by email and text was very prompt and helpful.

It was all good, little bit noisy on Sunday morning due to vintage bikers but that was just bad luck and not suprising being so near the sea front. It was a little bit annoying having people sit on the steps of the house smoking and talking loudly on their mobile phones too, possibly a polite notice could be put up asking them to walk down to the promenade?

Very modern and pretty place, only a two minute walk from the beach/pier, very close to the town! Beds were very comfortable and had no trouble at all using door codes! I seen some reviews about noise but we on the ground floor right beside the front door and never had much trouble, it’s noisy but was never woken up with it!

It was very hot all the time, radiators are constantly on although we were able to manage to get ours turned off, ones in the hallway were still on so was very warm every time you walked in with it being 22° out I would say definitely not needed! Although the room did have a fan which made it much easier to sleep through the night.

we had trouble getting in our room after we had bern out and although was sorted the next day it wasnt handled at the night time very well as i called was speaking and got cut off and although i called several times no one picked up just to let me know if anyone was going to assist 😕 the lady who was housekeeping was amazing and very helpful and sorted us out also the bed dipped in the middle so maybe a new matress would be better on the whole though enjoyed the stay minus the small hicups would definitely stay again.

I stayed in the room 10 for one night. Clean. Very central. Easy access. Administration reacts immediately to the messages, top!

Tiny-tiny room, but not bad for one person. No toilet paper! Bring your own. Attention: I got trapped in the shower for many minutes slightly panicking because the glas door of shower stuck and did not open. The handles do not work and pulling the door also didn't help immediately. So leave the shower door few millieters open! A bit loud from outside but also inside (very thin walls, you hear everything what happens next door).

i really liked the quaintness of it, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was superb and was close to various places, such as the city centre, Brighton parade, and numerous restaurants, which was very fun to explore.

due to the location of the property, it seemed to be very busy and noisy during a lot of the time, especially during the night when the night life started bustling (and never seemed to settle!). I wish this was a bit more obvious prior to booking as it did affect my sleep. it was also very warm in my room, even when the window was cracked open, which did feel a bit uncomfortable at times.

i loved the decor , and the bed had a memory foam mattress and was so comfy. Everything was clean , and i had everything i needed .

i liked it all - but for a large person the shower may be a problem. it is quite a snug fit , and it is combined with the toilet space , and a bit narrow . but the shower was lovely . the only other thing was the tap on the sink is a lovely waterfall effect , but the sink it slightly too small, so if you turn the tap on full, it shoots over the floor . so tip is to turn it no so much .

Superb location practically on on the sea front and near some great cafes and shops, and cute boho decoration style with lovely wallpaper, furniture and lights! Great that soaps and shampoos were provided with the room, along with a fan and great selection of teas and squash sachets. Staff were helpful and welcoming (via Booking.com app).

The window could be opened, but there wasn't a way of having it open while also being secure - a way of doing this would save electricity, and also prevent the room from getting too hot (although, I'm prone to this). Fan allowed cooling, which was nice. Bathroom shower head was a little dirty, and the head could be replaced as it was quite dated and not entirely functioning. The extra bed's mattress could have been comfier.
