We loved this property and would love to stay again when visiting Brighton. The perfect location, close to everything and right next to main bus routes, literally outside our door! The room was cosy, we stayed in the basement room and it was warm, clean and felt comfortable for us both. We had a tv which had access to Netflix (we used our own to login of course) which meant we could relax at the hotel when the bad weather came in unfortunately on our trip but on the days with good weather we were so close to the beach and amenities it made it so easy for us to navigate and enjoy our time anyway. The staff were helpful and had the room ready on time for us when we arrived and offered us fresh towels and anything we might need, It was genuinely a lovely visit and again I can’t wait to return!

Just got home from a two night stay, room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. We were on the top floor,which I was happy about. Room had kettle tea/coffee,fan, iron, hairdryer. Enough room for storage plently of plug sockets. Bed was comfortable lovely soft towels and bedding. Greeted by friendly staff, who carried my bag upstairs and made sure I could use the security system OK. Thank you

I Think the only downside which is to be expected, it is almost impossible to be quiet, going up and down the stairs even tip toeing I felt it was noisy and i didnt want to disturb any other guests, and then there were some guests who clearly didn't care, up and down the stairs banging on the walls shouting till after 2am. Not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests!. This is a no reception hotel so there was nowhere to store our bag after check out so had to wheel it around with us all day before our transport home but that wasn't too bad, just making others aware.

The room was small but lovely, in a nice part of Brighton, just a couple of minutes walk from the sea front. There were some great restaurants/pubs/cafes just round the corner from the hotel. Easy access with codes for the doors. Lovely and clean. Nice to have a small tray of refreshments provided.

Only a couple of tiny things to improve the stay such as easier access to plugs by the bed and a couple of extra pillows. Maybe some recommendations in the hotel room for what is nearby or worth going to.

Fabulous location, reasonable price, room clean, and bed comfy . Exactly what we needed. Key code entry worked well and no problems with stay. Nice welcome tray ( with water and choccie biscuits

Room wasn't ready at check in ( 3 oclock) so had to come back at 4. But staff member very apologetic and room was very clean so no problem as we just popped to bat near by for a drink while we waited..

Close to the beach. The workers called to ask if I needed anything and were more than happy to give extra things for the room late at night.

My room looked nothing like the photos of the property at all. Mine was quite basic, I did wish it had a fridge, but it never said it did so I shouldn’t expect that anyway. We were only given body towels, no hair or hand towels which in the end we used our body towels for everything.

Definitely coming back ,and will be my first choice in booking on my brighton trips

I did wait 20mins to be let in ,hopefully that was a one of. Apart from that I was welcomed with a smile ,yep I have been to places..no smile no welcome and even had someone haggle for my room that I booked first ,in front of me ,yeah won't be going Back to that joint.So this was great ,first class and they wanted you to enjoy your stay. Good vibes,BOTH thumbs up.

I'm a repeat customer. 4th time staying here. The rooms are very 'darling.' Feel personalised. Bright and spacious. Clean. Super comfy bed. Lots of tea and coffee. With Biscuits or chocolate bar. Bottled water. No keys to carry around. Quiet. I appreciated the before and after phone call. I'd recommend. Nice complimentary shower gel and shampoo and conditioner.

it was just like the photos! I don’t think it could of been any better. the room was big, lots of storage space. the facilities are excellent and everything was clean and tidy. the value for money here is brilliant! will definitely be coming back again.

Brilliant location (you can see the sea from the doorstep)! Small but clean and well furnished. Comfy bed and we were so glad to find the windows opened and there was a floor fan!

The floor was a bit wonky, but it added to the character. It wouldn’t be any good for tall people as the ceiling is very low, but no problem for us short people.

Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Fairly central and close to local attractions

Temperature of water in shower a little temperamental but okay as we only stayed for one night. A bit noisy outside during the night but not hotel’s fault (we had our window open, friends who had theirs closed didn’t hear a thing!)
