loved the staff very helpful and really appreciated breakfast included

intentionally requested a ground floor room because we visited with baby in pushchair and we primarily meant to be located in one. unfortunately someone changed it and we ended up on first floor with heavy pushchair with sleeping or moving around baby in it,add to it shopping and another young child..wouldn't be too bad but as matter of fact I injured my feet meanwhile it didn't feel comfortable at all. would also be good if there is any microwave or little oven to use for guests. simple things but really do make difference especially when you staying with children.

It was a nice selection! Refrigerated fruit juices available and a selection of cereal. Good value for money, staff were friendly and helpful in introducing us to the breakfast room.

the only thing that seemed to be available to warm the pastries etc up was a mechanical toaster, meaning some pastries got burnt. As a couple we were positioned on the bottom floor, in a room close to reception and the bar; this meant when in our room when trying to sleep we could hear people talking and walking in the corridor.

I loved the location, so close to high street and the beach, park as well and dog friendly! There is a little corner shop just down the road from hotel too! Staff very easy to talk to and happy to help, little hotel but absolutely great atmosphere there. Good choice of continental breakfast, which was great as we didn't have to worry about anything. Room very well designers bathroom, mirror wardrobe and beds. Beds very comfortable and nice, perfect for family of 3. You get shampoo, conditioner, showegel. Milk, coffee, sugar in the room too! Amazing for the price! I loved how warm the room was as well, I think this was the cosiest room we ever stayed in. I have read lots of reviews that stays " only continental breakfast no full English"- not entirely hotels fault, isn't it. They are very upfront with what's on the offer, what type of breakfast ( check your emails and read before you book)! We absolutely loved our stay here, and I am sure we will be back. Keep up good work as what you do is amazing.

The radiator, first one next to the door in room number 12 makes lots of noises and at 12 o'clock at night we had to turn it off ( not an issue and easy fix, but maybe something to check out) and few cobwebs above the beds, on the ceilings but they didn't bothered us too much as we couldn't see any spiders any way and I have lots of them at home too! :).

It was hassle free, just what I needed with travelling without my husband, it was just me & my son. The property was very close where we wanted to be, the train station, beach & promenade. The checking in & out was easy, the people were lovely, especially the lady at breakfast, she was very tentative & very friendly.

This is a tiny thing & definitely not a compliant… whilst we were out the bin in the room was emptied which is good but the cups weren’t changed, we’d had a brew the day we arrived & they were still there when we left.

Lovely staff, room was lovely with a nice spacious bathroom and shower- don't like enclosed spaces so this huge shower was perfect. Love the bar at night. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely return but to the main building. Thank you to all the staff especially the lady with red/amber hair - sorry I'm rubbish with names.

Didn't like being in the building next door, felt too separated and the stairs were very steep (it's an old building so it can't be helped)

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, really soft white bedlinen and towels. The continental breakfast was exactly as described with a varied choice of cereals including porridge, toast, fruit, waffles and a choice of preserves. We had a downstairs room which was ideal for us as we are not so young anymore and with my sister having dementia felt a bit safer. The hotel is well geared up for anyone disabled, with wider doors and a great sized bathroom. Also very good windows to let the air in.

The bathroom door was so hard to open because of the thick carpet and the button lock stuck one day and we had to get assistance. But that was just a minor thing. Was also worried I wouldn't have a parking space as it was full, but managed to fit down the side, I believe there is on road parking available.

Breakfast was very well presented with a full range of breakfast items. The young lady on duty was only too willing to help and offered to heat croissants if needed. There was everything we needed and knew we could go back and top up.

The only criticism was that the tv was far too high up. We only watched it when we returned to the hotel after the day at our friends and we were tired and just wanted to relax but really you could get a crick in the neck.

Location good from sea front , fridge in room is good not every hotel has them in rooms ,

Shower head held in place by tape and unable to lock into position had to hold shower in place to wash you , taps on sink no indication on top which was hot and cold and both taps need fixing cold tap was loose on sink , also when entered room there was a smell in room unsure what or where coming from only thing i could think is from shower drain

Great stay as always ,the young man who booked me in was helpful showing me the door access if you are out late , I got room 8 again I'm sure it has been updated since last time looked lovely , I even managed to get my disability scooter in , last time I had a wheelchair , there is a roll in shower , tea and coffee a lovely fridge with a bottle of milk a double bed and a TV, breakfast is continental in the buffet room, I was able to eat in my room but there is an area to eat else where if you like , Georgina , I hope I got the name right was a great help for me , I managed to get a parking space , very small car park , and it isn't too far to the sea front , all in all a great hotel .

Our room was spotless. There were lots of choices for the continental breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the fronts. We we're more than happy with our stay.

The only thing we weren't keen on was the huge frosted window. While it kept our room private, it would have been nice to have the choice of looking out. This was a small issue, and it didn't spoil the stay.
