Very spacious cafeteria, my kids could run around without disturbing other guests Beds are very comfortable, we booked the presidential suite so family of 5 could stay and sleep comfortably Shower is excellent

Breakfast can include some options for Indian and Continental Food We booked the presidential suite, I suggest it should include a mini kitchen or at least a microwave oven At a minimum water bottle should be provided complimentary, coming from India every hotel in India provides complimentary water as a gesture so this was new to me when they said you have to buy water

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and we had a very pleasant experience here. We were greeted in by the lovely Yamuna who was very friendly and very kindly offered us free parking as part of our package. Also, night receptionist staff Pablo who catered to our needs and requirements when we were slightly confused about the breakfast schedule. He very kindly included breakfast as part of our package for us. 10/10 service by both members of staff, a real credit to the company. Will definitely be returning again in the future! Thank you guys for the service!

Arrived to a warm welcome from Ana at reception, always a positive as it sets the tone for the start of your stay and the check in process was quick. The King Guest room didn't disappoint, it was spacious, comfortable, well finished and had a very clean modern bathroom. The circular marble table was of a useful size and found that I could eat whilst working and had sockets close by. The internet connection in the room was decent and stable. I was really impressed by the greeting I got from Yavuz who was on the front of house at breakfast who carefully and graciously explained my options and was pleased to find that there were good vegetarian alternatives and an option of a fresh omelette. Check out was handled by Yamuna and was as friendly and efficient as the check in.

The only negative point is that the parking spaces in the underground car park were a little tight but I could always find a space which is more important as I tend to get to hotels very late due to work.

The breakfast service was great. The food and choices were very good, the service, lead by a very nice Turkish gentleman, was excellent. The room was spotless. Beds very comfortable. I liked the security of the private car park.

We tried to order room service at 10.35pm and were told the kitchen closed between 10.30pm and 11pm, which was so odd. We gave the order and was told it would be "actioned" at 11pm. When we called to enquire of progress at 11.45pm we were told the order was lost. Hopeless! The shower water pressure was very low.

Staff so friendly on arrival and throughout my stay, recently refurbished so everything was immaculate throughout the hotel . Excellent modern Gym facility for a hotel with enough modern workout equipment to do a basic session. Room was brand new so immaculate and modern. Breakfast was well served , staff very helpful and an excellent array of food to suit all guests. Ample car parking.

The entrance into the hotel needs to have more lights and signage made clearer as i missed the entrance several times thinking the barrier was for an industrial unit . If a sign on the lamp posts either side of the main road that would help and to make the entrance a little more welcoming and obvious.

An amount of £1 was taken from my account before I arrived and was never reimbursed.

A very nice fresh welcoming reception area, with beautiful ambience, very nicely furnished comfortable choice of seating area in reception. Staff very well presented, professional and extremely helpful. Parking was simple and straight forward. The room was very well presented exceptionally clean, very fresh and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows that felt like we were sleeping on clouds.

Only thing was the instant coffee quality in the room for that first cup when you wake, but so minor I always carry my own preference of coffee. Would be nice if the Hilton just put this area up to the quality of everything else.

We asked for a room with a walk in shower, as one of us is not able to access a bath with shower. Reception were able to provide this for us, which was greatly appreciated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast provided was all,excellent, with a vast well presented array of fresh foods, and drinks.

The fact rooms with showers only are so limited. As we are trying to economise on our use of water, showers should be in more freely found in the hotel rooms. Then clients make the choice.

Staff were helpful at reception, great comfortable seating area in the foyer and the breakfast selection was exceptional. Room was kept very clean with discreet service. Location was good with nearby shops, cafes & access to public transport into London

Sound proofing was not particularly good - bit of noise from the nearby road. Dinner menu was neither on the website or available on the app or room TV

It was a typical hotel room but rather larger than normal with a larger bed. It had A/C which was welcome in hot weather. Staff on reception and in bar/restaurant were nice. Food in restaurant was fine. TGI Fridays and other restaurants nearby. Shower was combined bath/shower type which was fine.

Not a great problem but there didn't seem to be many places where clothes etc. could be put. Another review noted there wasn't a toilet brush which we also noticed. Might have been better for Hilton to provide one.
