Westciti Caroco Aparthotel

While planning to travel to London , accommodation was one of my difficult task . After a lot of browsing finally stumbled on Westciti Apart Hotel as it matched my budget and location criteria. Greeting I received from the staff was great,felt home . Mr Ali also helped me move my heavy luggage to the room in 2 nd floor which was such a sweet gesture. This place was perfect for my Son and myself , it was comfortable, wi-if was great and most importantly felt safe . Room was neat ,breakfast was available till 9 PM and laundry facilities were also provided . On the whole my stay here has been peaceful and stress free. Thank you to all who helped us here !

The location was perfect as we were attending a festival at Croydon Recreation Ground. Easy to find the tube station as one day we went into London. The guy who is on at night was fab! There is a seating area where you can help yourself to snacks, tea, coffee, juice all day and ge kept it open for me and my friend to chill after we returned from our festival. He even shared his food with us which his mum had made for him. Traditional Indian food .....yummy!! We are definitely going back next year and will have a one bedroom apartment for that extra space Great little gym and others staying there were really friendly. No noise at night and had 3 nights sleep, beds comfortable. Good shower. Very clean communal areas and always smelt nice and fresh.

We parked at the front of the building as my car was to wide to get down the small entrance to the car park. It was safe as we stayed 3 nights. The rooms in the summer months definitely need air conditioning as the windows are small and did not give us enough ventilation. Air Con is available in the communal areas and the fans whilst very good was just circulated the hot air. (But the temperature was high this weekend) They didn't change our towels on the 3 nights we stayed there and with the heat I would have thought they would. Not sure how often they change them The wall in the bedroom was very dusty so I do think whilst they clean the attention to detail is sometimes missed.

The manager, staff and team were amazing! They helped me during my stay way beyond their job descriptions. I had come with my son, last minute flight, because of a family emergency and they worked to make our stay a good one for us both.

The only problem I had was with the noise from the other rooms. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear pretty much everything, lol, that's happening in the other rooms, with the other guests. I'm sure though, that other guests could hear us as well (I had to work from the location, Canada time zone) but it was a little bothersome late at night or in the wee hours of the morning when we really wanted to sleep.

During my Stay at West Citi Aparthotel, it was quite comfortable Very clean and no noise from the outside, Staff were very helpful. Front desk staff very supportive special to mention "Tej" Very very helpful, Helped me with the information/details of how it works here in London when you renting a apartment, which really helped me in making a right choice, Thanks a lot Tej. Free breakfast, with variety of Choices and whole day access to that area to munch anytime and help urself with tea/coffee. Will be looking forward to again coming in and recommend to friends as well.

Very clean, light and bright. Everything you needed in the room, well designed. On site parking. Pleasant feel to the place. Nice location, no noisy traffic. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They pick up on the mobile number immediately and quickly reply to emails. I had to extend my stay at short notice and then wanted to change to a ground floor room. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ww stayed two nights on the ground floor (at pur request) and at times during the night it was noisy with people above us moving around. . Then we moved to the first floor, it was quieter.

I stayed for a couple of nights when travelling for business. This place has parking, is situated close to east Croydon station and about a mile or so from the high street. Local shops and takeaways nearby. There is a small gym in this apart hotel and a laundry room. The rooms are self contained and very clean. The first night our room was a bit small and hot, so the next night the host let us choose a new room when they became available. He was very accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t try the breakfast due to early work starts.

Be careful when driving through to the back of the property for parking. The driveway is extremely narrow!

cleaning of rooms only takes place once a week beds are not comfortable can get very cold as heating is centrally controlled. To be fair, I requested a portable heater and the staff gave me this some residents were noisy (not staff’s fault) some residents left their clothes in the machines for a long time so others couldn’t use the laundry (staff should have removed clothing from machines if they were left in for longer than 20 minutes) lounge, laundry and gym should have been opened at 7.30am but this was not always the case (often opened up near 8am)

the studio was spacious enough and had all the facilities you may need, they also offered free breakfast and provided free water, tea bag with milk and sugar and also some delicious cookies. The tv had Netflix and other type of entertainment and the internet connection was good, there is a nice gym a laundry and dining area and also the staff is available almost all day, Mohammed Ali a nice gentleman that assisted us through our stay is one of the staff that was available in our stay.

the sink where a bit small, and the water spills everywhere unfortunately there were no rugs or anything to dry it, also in my studio the window had no view as the window glass was obscure. There is also no elevator but fortunately that was not an issue for me as I was located on the first floor.

The whole premises is kept very clean and vacuumed everyday. When you use the Do not disturb sign it is respected. Polite and helpful management and staff. Quiet on week nights. It was great having breakfast available all day long.

My room had the sun on the windows from sunrise which made the room very hot even when overcast and 18 degrees with no air-conditioning just a medium floor fan. It was hard to get air flow into the room. Be prepared for lots of stairs in the Caroco building.

The room size is very good. Our room has a stove, fridge and small freezer within the fridge The communal room has books, snacks, a fridge filled with common food (milk, butter, cheese, smoothies, yogurt). As well as a TV, stove and kitchen equipment.All free There is also a gym downstairs. We had a TV in our room which had nextflix, a range of British broadcasting nextworks and prime video The bathroom has a shower with complimentary soap and towels were provided. As well as a sink and a toilet with of course a mirror. Extremely nice reception, quick and easy check-out and check-in House-keeping is top notch, the nice lady would just knock on the door and ask if you require her service. The area has corner shops and a pizza place only 3 minutes down the road and isn't far from a shopping centre Overall 9.5/10 experience would definitely stay here again!!!

The walls are quite thin but since me and my partner are heavy sleepers we only heard it when we were awake which isn't the end of the world (we stayed on the ground floor and from time to time would hear people walking) . The double beds are two singles pushed together so when we were sleeping they would move apart every so slightly but again nothing we couldn't manage. Still slept like new born babies and we're extremely comfortable.
