Aparthotel Adagio London Sutton Point

Nice Hotel, close to restaurants and bus stops and train station. The premises are new are and nice. The staff is available when help is needed. If you need to go to London city centre, you can go by train for less than 40mn.

In a week long stay, we experienced two false fire alarm. One waking us up. Note enjoyable.... We would have appreciated a phone in the room to call the desk, or be called for information. Shelves in the cupboard would be nice too.

Staff went all the way to ensure we had a good stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We were also able to borrow a buggy which made our trip much easier as we had an 18month baby. Location was great as easy to navigate to and fro London.

Nothing really, would have been nice if the breakfast menu could be varied as it becomes monotonous for those who stay longer, pancakes, muffins and waffles would have been nice for d kids

The hotel is very close to the train station. There are many entertainment places and shops around.

There is no connection to the center with the metro, only trains and buses

The location is excellent, town centre is only 5 minutes walk away. The room is clean and bright.

I stayed for 2 weeks and the fire alarm has gone off twice. We walked from 8th floor to the ground, we just stayed in the reception until we realised that it seems fine to go back to the room. Staffs were not there to help nor explaining what happen, unless you approach them. I think when that happen, staff could be more active to communicate the situation, so that the crowd at least know what happened.

The apartment. Was roomy and liked the feeling of home away from home with the kitchen and the appliances. The staff -always available at reception and very helpful and friendly. made us feel at home.

not much apart from they could place toilet bleach/multi surface cleaner and either a small vacuum or brush in the room for cleaning as there is an 8 day cleaning cycle. having said that staff would willingly give you a vacuum if needed.

Very helpful staff.All requests had been dealt with immediately. I had two rooms with all kitchen and laundry equipment. Very quiet environment - good for my work. Restaurant is really nice and quiet - feels like chilling at home in front of a TV in cosy corner with delicious food during dinner time :-) Central location: Sutton rail station, High street, shops, restaurants - just one/two minutes away. Highly recommended!

Excellent rooms, comfortable beds, blackout curtains and the ability to take your pet

Limited parking and no way to reserve meaning that even if you pay for a spot, if you move someone may take it. This means you have to leave your car in place the entire stay, if indeed you get a spot. Not ideal as this is in the middle of a town centre and so other parking is also limited and expensive. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited considering the size of the place.

Really nice apartment style room with a large kitchen. Super clean and well equipped. 2 minute walk from the Sutton train station and there are a lot of restaurants, etc. nearby. Very easy if you need to be in Sutton for any reason.

Nothing comes to mind - the place was really nice, staff were nice, etc. The price was also decent, but I only stayed a single night so not sure if it comes down for longer stays. It's not too far (but not that close either) to central London.

I found the aparthotel concept extremely good. Its a sort of service apartment that gives you a fully functional kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, a hobb along with a queen size bed and television. equally good is the bathroom. all these features at a great price. Also the area is good and well connected as the station is right behind the hotel. Slightly far from heathrow but once you are there you will like it.

The place feels like a nice vacation flat in the city. Love the amenities available to use in rooms like fridge and microwave . Being barely a five minute walk to Sutton station gives easy access to trains for Tourist activities in Central London. Joseph was very pleasant.

Nowhere to hang wet towels . Minor issue. Tea and instant coffee not available in room. Maybe make these available upon request.
