Fantastic beds. I have stayed in dozens of hotels of a similar price point and the beds here are the best. no sags and a nice memory foam topper. very helpful staff, especially Samantha on reception. very clean. good showers.

tea and coffee options in the room isn’t great. would be good if you could get a proper coffee on room service as I don’t like instant.

I loved our room, 514. The view was amazing and I loved being tucked away in the corner. Being so close to the station and the High Street was just brilliant.

There was no room service and no way to call reception from the room. But you could order your food from the restaurant and take it to your room. All the staff were lovely especially ‘B’ and Danielle but the guy (the Manager??) who came to rush us out of our room could have been nicer especially when we explained the Housekeeping team had given us an hour to check out after we realized we’d mistakenly booked the wrong check out date.

great assistance from the helpful receptionist Samantha. room is standard for Ibis. comfortable beds. good shower. good location near the train station.

tea and coffee in the room is basic. just enough for one cup each. The cleaners didn’t come to make up our room.

Got a great room with lots of space and light - clean, comfortable, and decent location near the station and walk through the main high street.

The room I was originally assigned had a pillar blocking part of the space in the room, and obstructing light from the window - definitely wouldn't have stayed in that room; luckily the reception staff was more than accommodating - he called the maintenance team to find out which room was the biggest/brightest, and I got moved to a much bigger room with 2 double-width floor-to-ceiling windows (430), which I was more than happy with.

Great location, just few steps from High Street full of restaurants, shop, pubs and bars. Train and bus stop just round the corner. Room was nice and tidy with a very comfy bed. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee with was nice.

Noisy ventilation which can’t be switched off. Considering the fact this hotel was built recetly, this shoulnd’t be happening. But it is a continuous noise so you ingore it while asleep. Second thing I didn’t like was lighting in the bathroom. Only spotlights so unpossible to do a makeup in this room.

the staff. it was nice to be greeted with a smile. Samantha (I think it is her name) made me feel like a valued customer.

all seemed modern except the bathrooms. that said, it is only a minor point.

the inside door handle of shower was missing and the lamp in front of the television was distracting, not placed very well. also staff member in the upstairs bar was away from the bar sitting casually on his mobile and keep me waiting for nearly 10 mins before he noticed me, I didn’t realise he was staff, I ordered food which was oven chips barely warm and dry chicken strips,this was overpriced. Also my room was a little cold for me. Paying for parking I wasn’t impressed as the spaces were very tight, I had to climb into my vehicle from passenger side with a bad back because the car next to me didn’t leave me any room!!!

- Staff was quite friendly and great to have a chat - Good breakfast, a bit of the basic English breakfast and really tasty (nothing too extra, all just on point) - Super close to the train station that was a major bonus, after a long day at London we had to commute a bit since it is 40 minutes away from most central London spots but it was worth it (it is a must to get the travel card zone 1-6) -Super quiet area, super close to the train station(reinforcing it because it's literally 100), and great room. 100% recommend if you are looking for a cost x benefit option.

I love it . rooms are big , clean and comfortable , well designed. I will highly recommend this one . close to the train station , lovely restaurants around .

I can’t complain to be honest about anything . but like a good feedback , will be lovely if the smart tv can be use for YouTube and Netflix , special when you travel in couple you want stay relax and watch a movie 😀and we been a bit confuse about parking , on booking saying that you can park on Sutton train station , but actually there is another parking more close to the hotel .

It felt like a maze getting to our room, got lost a few times!! Rooms that are much further away from the lifts should be cheaper, we got lost so many times trying to find our room! Or at least have better signs which are more visible. We also only had a tiny little window, for what we paid I expected a bit better, considering hilton wasnt much off the price we paid for this hotel. No fridge, which was a bit annoying, you wanted a cold drink could not have one. Also the lamps by the bed neither of them worked.
