Cosy, warm room with an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of refreshments and fresh towels provided. Shower nice and warm with good pressure. Located in a lovely little village.

It was a little noisy due to kids in the room above but I understand it's quite difficult to stop children making noise. I also didn't address this with Jacqueline for her to move me or anything which was a personal decision. I was perfectly comfortable in my room and the noise did calm after a couple of days. I just wanted to flag that noise can travel in this accommodation and may disturb some.

We went over to concert booked the black bull, I taught it was 1.1 mile from city, it was half hour on bus or train to get to the village, but it worked out well, I didn't want leave the village the people and folks that lived around area were so nice,, place we stayed i loved it staff were very nice and helpful, I would have loving to stay, so quite come an go as u please, 10 🌟 for sure 🙂🙂 the beds were so comfy room was big enough also for room we had awesome def come back to stay here again 😀 ❤

Didn like I had to leave hahahah there was noting I didn't like everything was up to standard, best place I've stayed in long time. The we village is beautiful well kept so clean, people are so so nice 👌 😊

Jaqueline made arrangements for my two bookings to be merged so I stayed in the same room for the duration of my stay which was very much appreciated. The check in process was easy with a text message received on the day of arrival with the pin code to access the key outside. I stayed in the twin room with my son and it was very comfortable and clean. Clean towels and tea/coffee were provided daily, even left in a bag on the door outside on my return after I had placed a do not disturb sign (this was purely due to us only having arrived later the previous evening and the room not requiring cleaning so it was placed there to avoid the staff an unnecessary job), and this was great as we'd already used all the tea bags.

The room windows were single pane and may be noisy for some residents or if staying at the weekend when the pub next door may be busy outside, however this did not bother me or affect my stay.

We didn't arrive till early hours in the morning due to flight delays. Communication was great.Check in straight forward.Room was clean and comfy.Teas,coffee and biscuits. Great value for money. Jacqueline even offered a late checkout for us due to late arrival time.Breakfast in the coorie was brilliant and service just as good.The owner even found time to speak to us and such a nice guy.All in all thankyou for a great experience. We will be back

Temperature of room still very warm but not hotels fault.They can't help very warm weather outside and we were in room 5.Top of the house. So that doesn't help. Maybe a small fan in the room would be nice if needed.Sorry to find a complaint.Despite my moan highly recommended

Room is cosy, clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable and good bisquits with tea and coffee. everything you need. I would stay again for work.

The only downfall is the surrounding area. Not hotels fault but cumbernauld is quite rough. The pub next door is nice but due to the area its one of them pubs where you dont feel welcome. The staff are great but strangers are out of place. again not pubs or hotels fault.

Room was perfect for our overnight stay - compact but very comfortable and with everything we needed. Easily accessed with key code. Unfortunately traffic delays meant we didn't have time to call in to the pub next door for last orders! Excellent value for money and an ideal stopover when travelling to or from the Highlands. If we'd had more time it would have been good to have a quick look round Cumbernauld village.

The fact the staff let me in the room at 10am due to a long travel from England. That was so awesome for me to get in and relax. I can't thank them enough I went to have a wee roll the next morning and the girl serving was lovely, she really made me feel at ease. The food was awesome and the place was great There was no noise from the pub below so I got the best sleep each night. THANK YOU for making my trip so easy

Great sized room for the price we paid. Room was clean and modern. Bed were comfy too. We also have en-suite bathroom in room which was bonus. Great restaurant downstairs and pub also, food was good!

Little maintenence needed in the en suite bathroom. Broken floor tile that could easily cut your feet if not careful and freshen up of paint on some walls needed but overall great value for money.

The location, even being on the main street it was still fairly quiet. Various food outlets from the coorie in ,a-lacarte dining,& breakfast in the morning black bull pub grub & very tasty,friendly staff from all businesses. Chemist, shop,barber/ hairdressers , of licence, cafe,takeaway x2 (Chinese & scot/italian) all within 100 meters & near the motorway to allow commuting.

The sink was very slow to drain water. No seat even a fold away one would have been nice.
