Smithaleigh Farm Rooms and Apartments

Really comfy bed, fridge in the room, and very clean,

We saw no staff at all during our stay which we found a little strange, but there was a number if we had needed anything we could call, sound proofing of the rooms could be improved, another guest had a noisy dog who we heard very early in the morning (I was aware it was a pet friendly place) could also here people walking about.

The place was clean and comfortable 👍 friendly welcome. Loved the fact it had tea and coffee, towels and an iron and board. We had 2 cars with us and they were more than accomadating.

Being underneath noisy people above. If I stay again will request to be upstairs. Struggled to get to sleep as felt like they were coming through the ceiling and heard every word .

Everything was ready in advance, everything worked in my room and made for an easy and stress free experience.

I found it very dark on arrival and really didn't know where I was going. Fortunately the proprieter noticed me and explained where I needed to go. Some additional external lighting would be helpful and a little safer.

easy to get too and easy to park, room was perfectly clean, and tea/coffee stocked. nice to have a fridge for fresh milk. shower pressure was great and bed was very comfy

as it was so hot a fan would have made it less stuffy - I didn’t ask for one though so it may have been offered if I’d asked!

We were very happy to be upgraded from room to apartment. It was very big, comfortable and we have found everything in the kitchen to cook our breakfast. The location was very good, near the main road and near Plymouth. There are plenty of parking place. We were greeted by Simon via messages and in a distance when we arrived. All info was in the room. It was easy to check in and out. Highly recommended when somebody is looking to discover Plymouth and the surrounding areas from a quiet place.

It was absolutely perfect. A large Tesco extra is 1 mole away so you can get easily if you left something at home.

Good communication regarding arrival and getying into the room. Was flexible with request regarding an early arrival and check in. Rooms were clean and tidy and had all basic facilities we required.

We were only there a very limited time so it was not an issue, but my feedback would be to get some plug sockets with USB charging.

Rooms were clean and comfy, area was fairly quiet and somewhat close to facilities nearby. Overall would stay there again!

Could have advertised that the bathroom was a tad smaller than normal, but other than that it was pretty good

Very easy check in, very clean and bright room, good location - close to my work, Plymouth Centre and local amenities. Plenty of parking available

The room was a little noisy as could hear everything from the family in the room next door.

Quiet location and comfortable The refrigerator was a very good item to have in the room.

Carpet not vacuumed, pubic hairs on the back of toilet, empty shampoo and body wash containers, these were not replaced.

The location is beautiful and also very well positioned for trips out. The apartment is immaculate and is a lovely space to relax and work in.
