Wonderful staff welcoming staff. The family room was perfect for us with two children and a dog plenty of room and very clean. Excellent breakfast and a cold beer on arrival Perfect location for SailGP and anything around the Plymouth waterfront and city centre. I was very pleasantly surprised and would stay again

Stayed at sister hotel due to my mother having limited mobility which meant she did not have to walk between hotels - excellent care and service. Fresh cooked breakfast lovely
parking was only issue - we luckily managed to get the last of the 7 parking spaces available behind hotel

There wasn't an area for my dog to use for toileting apart from car park. And no bin for black dog waste bags. But I was happy that they allowed me to take my dog
