Lovely little hotel with a lovely garden area, staff were absolutely amazing and really hospitable, attentive & friendly. Even brought our takeaway up to our room on the second night & brought our cases up for us on the first. Amazing shower! Nice touch having the plugs next to the bed (which seems like the bare minimum but actually when it comes to hotels it’s surprisingly rare!) Smart TV, although intermittent was a nice touch. Cute decor. Great area for cafes and restaurants! Loved the paintings on the staircases, I’m a bit of a history and art nerd! The care and consideration shown before, during and after our stay has been second to none & I’d definitely stay again :)

No lifts :( but the lovely girl on reception helped us with our cases so that’s not a big gripe! On the first night there was a group of people in the room next door, I notified the reception staff however and they were removed from the hotel. TV a tad intermittent but not a major issue because we were too knackered to watch anything.

Secure/barrier Car parking to the side/rear of the Hotel which is clearly signposted. The hotel is being refurbished and the rooms are very modern and nicely decorated with good facilities. Cleanliness was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location great plenty of restaurants and bars plus many choices for takeout. 10 mins stroll from Enfield Market Square with lovely pubs along a riverside, The Crown and Horseshoe and The Cricketers bar. Cut through Gentlemans Row which is complimented with a lovely green area with benches and the New River running through it xx

Only had blinds up to the window which let a lot of light in early hours, curtains would be good but we put this down to the refurb. Maybe they will be added later. A couple of pictures in the room would be nice but this did not obviously affect our stay. xx

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and excellent location for us as we were visiting family nearby. Also a short walk to both train and tube station with a 30 min journey into central London. Spacious modern room, equivalent standard to a Premier inn. Excellent value for money.

Strange arrangement regarding parking as on weekdays it’s shared with a care centre therefore guests cars have to vacate the carpark before 9.00 and can return after 5pm however can park throughout the weekend. We were able to park our car with family but not sure where else was available nearby? Only other minor suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the bedroom (room 14) which would be helpful for getting ready and for being able to plug a hairdryer in beside it (room must have been designed by a man, lol).

The lady at Reception could not have been more friendly or helpful - she was lovely! i was meeting a colleague at the Hotel who had been held up on the train and i waited in Reception for her. The lady who was on duty at Reception that evening (Wed 21st March) was outstanding in her help, kindness & courtesy to me, and even made me a cup of tea as i waited in Reception for my colleague to arrive. I didn't get a note of her name - but she was a fantastic! Well done and thank you to her for her excellent customer care and kindness - full marks to her!

The room was comfortable and perfect for my requirements. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel in general was extremely well kept and at all times looked immaculate. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I could fault nothing.

There was nothing I didn't like. I was totally satisfied with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again during my next trip to Enfield.

The location in Enfield was very good. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned whenever I requested them to be.

There seemed to be a lot of noise from ongoing decoration work, which we were warned about in the booking literature but it still made it difficult to lie in bed after about 8.00 in the morning. Unfortunate timing?

I've stayed in top hotels all around the world and this is a great little find, close to transport, shopping and restaurants! Many thanks once again!

I ended up staying two nights and loved it. The room was spacious and super clean, coffee and biscuits were plentiful and the staff were lovely and friendly. I stayed in a fabulous room with a bath, due to my arthritis, and had a very comfortable stay. The room had recently been refurbished and was warm and well laid out. I will stay again. It was lovely and quiet too.

I loved everything.

The location (opposite very good italian restaurant), spacious and quiet room, very good shower and very helpfull staff. When the two of us returned to our room on the evening of Christmas day we really appreciated a Christmas card and a little present left for us by the staff - thank you for that very thoughtfull gesture.

Although the bed was big and the bedding very nice (quilt not too heavy and two pillows each) I did not find it particularly comfortable, but my husband thought it was fine.

The location, amenity, staff are all lovely. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed, well maintained, and the housekeeping staff very dilligent.

The walls are a little thin. Mostly this was fine, but on my last night a very boisterous couple were at it for 2 and a half hours until 5:30. I was both sleep deprived, and impressed at their stamina all at once. She has a lovely singing voice, and he must be some sort of endurance athlete. Maybe it's those little blue pills. Either way, just a cautionary note if you really value your sleep. 4 of the 5 nights I was there it was quiet, peaceful, and very comfy.
