The Stag Enfield

Great location, easily accessible via public transport, very affordable accommodation for London. Comfortable bed and good storage. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Rather narrow, winding staircase which made it a bit hard to get a bulky suitcase up. The main light in the room didn't actually have any bulbs in it, which we seemed to forget about each time we entered the room! The plumbing made some rather dodgy noises after being engaged. There was mention of the room being cleaned on Day 3, but that didn't happen - not that it really mattered, although it would have been nice to have had coffee and milk topped up (these would have definitely been provided had I thought to ask). The walls are rather thin, so we could hear our neighbours walking around, talking/arguing and even snoring!

No breakfast was included and the price reflected this

Some of the facilities were getting a bit old - for instance the shower and toilet roll holder also the towels were a bit thread-worn.

The Stag is in a great location to a high street full of shops. a shopping centre a 5 minute walk to the overground. The facilities in the hotel were a little outdated but for a two night stay they met our needs. The bar area was lovely. Staff were lovely and helped with anything we may have needed.

The hotel although was really tidy and looked like it had been cleaned if you were really picky then you may not have liked it. Certain areas may have need extra attention such as the shower head and shower tray. Again for our two night stay it didn’t bother us so much but if we were to stay longer it may have.

Great location, premises were clean, staff friendly, twin room with ensuite, comfortable beds, tv, kettle and tea making facilites, hairdryer. Bar downstairs, no noise 🙂

Stairs are a bit steep, may be an issue for some people, its just the way the building is 😉

the location of the property is great, parking near by. interior very quirky & fairly priced drinks. the sound proofing in the room was amazing was originally concerned with the late bar timings that room be noisy but this was not the case.

had no milk in the room provided with the tea & coffee making facilities and bar staff in the evening weren’t very helpful in accommodating help to this. they couldn’t locate any, also towels were on the very small size.

Lovely pub although we didn't take time to have a drink. Very warm reception from both staff members that I met. Clean premises. Ideal location because its next to the high street so walking distance to e.g macdonalds and cafes etc.

Rooms are small with basic needs but good for short stay. Possibly upgrade the mattress as I think it's coming to that stage (room 28)

Location was amazing.

The worst stay I’ve ever had my entire life! I woke up in the morning to use the kettle in the room for boil some water for the coffee, I opened the kettle and it was full of urine!!!! 😓😓😓😓 This is so insane and horrible. I reported this to the cleaning lady who was around in the morning.

The barman Gav was very friendly. The pub is walking distance from train stations. The shower was a bit small but water was hot. We didn't use TV. Room was quite clean. Perfect for a night's rest. Numerous stairs to get to room 27, easy to get a bit lost first time but I actually enjoyed the labyrinth.

Central location, just five minutes walk from Enfield Town Overground station. Check-in was swift, pleasant and informative. Room was fine; enough space for my needs, and was spotlessly clean. If I was visiting the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, bathroom was spotless, good location. The weather was quite hot during our stay and we were given an extra large fan from downstairs to keep us cool at night. Very thoughtful people who own and run this place.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was as expected
