Room had everything I needed for my stay away for work The Kitchenette was very useful Breakfast was replenished daily and bin emptied which was very good Bed was comfortable I was lucky as I was the only person with a car that week and there is a large but narrow parking area but could be a problem if there were more than 2 cars

Bathroom extractor was broken I struggled with The microwave setting the timer The seat of the only chair in the room was in need of repair or recovering I was at the front of the house that was near the road and it quite noisy until late in the evening, I would ask for a rear facing room the next time

1.Booked for 3 nites by a Single Senior citizen from Singapore visiting grandchildren. Staffs whom I came across are the owner, the beautiful cleaning lady & the the youngman who was helping me with the luggages to the 1st floor. They all were perfect & polite staffs who is always there wen u needed them especially the cleaning(room helper) was indeed very helpful with my laundry & pentry top ups. The room with attached bathroom/toilet was kept in excellent condition. The pentry table top & fridge filled with common utensils n breakfast goodies n soft drinks in the fridge. Mini supermart 10 mins walk. I loved it, No regrets. Wud recommend.

Front of the house being bus lane my children were unable to park infront of the house to fetch me after my booking has ended but they had to go somewhere backyard to park. A little inconvenient. Oopz did not take photos .

The location was perfect as we were in London for the day and back late. The rooms were compact and clean, loved the fact that breakfast was provided as well. Everything we needed for an overnight stay at a really reasonable price. Great to have parking and anytime access to the rooms. And a decent checkout time of 10.30 am, not too early if you've had a late night. We used 3 rooms and everybody agreed on the review. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place. Clean, in a good area. Had everything I needed. TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, especially the kitchenette which came in really useful. Also the ensuite was clean and adequate. I actually checked out of another place early because I wasn't happy with what I was sold. Came to Kathleen House Plus and immediately felt at ease. Snacks were provided upon arrival and fridge had butter, jam, milk, bread, water, and juice. Will be coming back!

The ensuite was a bit cramped but I am quite a big guy.

Easy to find and had free parking. Access into central London was easy as fairly close to the train station, room has everything you’d need for a night or 2. I really appreciated the little extras like cereal and pastries.

A half used carton of milk in the fridge - either supply milk or don’t, not a half used carton. Not a full size double bed which kept it interesting overnight especially as I’m used to a king size bed!

The location was great for getting into Enfield and the tube station was a short walk away. The room had everything needed, and it was nice to have a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Appreciated the food and drinks provided, was not expected. Having your own bathroom is a big plus.

It's on a busy road, so a little noisy in the early evening, quiet at night.

A lovely small apartment close to the centre on Enfield. Off-road parking is available towards the rear of the property. Clean and comfortable with no frills. Friendly staff vianthe phone nember provided. I would recommend this place if staying for a nightbor two.

Very easy to find and get to, as it is on the main road. I parked in the flats opposite to unload easily, as bus lane is at the front of the property. There is ample parking at the rear of the building, but I had not worked that out yet on my arrival. Property was very clean and my room was spotless and beautifully dressed/presented. Rooms are en-suite and again bathroom was clean and spotless. Bedroom has microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, again clean and spotless. Bed large and extremely comfy. Not a complaint, but I returned from my job at 1/2am only to find that another booking resident had locked the front door from the inside and went to sleep and switched off their phone (why would you do that? It’s not your house) Anyway, duty manager was called and arrived within 10 mins to let me in which was fantastic, so if the same experience happens to you, it’s handy to know that although the duty manager isn’t on site, they can be contacted and will respond promptly.

Accommodation comfortable and clean. Location good.

Parking and check-in instructions weren't available sufficiently in advance, especiallyannoyingas parking is up a back lane, so not easy to spot. Shower in one of the rooms had no hot water. Text messages from host sometimes a little brusque.

I had to stay there for 1 month since I was looking for a flat. It is nice. Don't be prepared for a 5 star hotel but is the best you can find for the price. The staff (April) and the owner (Jermaine) were both great. They were very helpful with everything I asked. Looking forward to stay there again in the future.
