Property was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly. Short walk to the sea front, short walk to the centre. Staff were helpful. Parking outside on the road (ask in reception for details) or there is a car park round the back of the property £6 for 24 hours. Would definitely recommend staying here! We went to watch a concert at the Open Air Theatre and it was a 40 minute walk, the walk did not feel that long and we were lucky as we had nice weather. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but nothing I would complain about. Everything about this property is great and I would definitely stay here again.

The family suite had very spacious, bright rooms, a sofa area and two bathrooms. Everything was extremely clean and COVID safety was taken seriously. Add all this to the convenient location and it makes a very attractive package for the cost.

location was excellent, bus stop 2 mins walk, taking you to Filey and/or Bridlington in one direction or to train station/town centre. Sainsburys local 4 min walk away. coffee shops/pub grub all local ✔️ the staff were superb, going the extra mile to ensure your stay was brilliant the room was lovely, laid out was fresh & crisp✔️ From the train station you can get X93/X94 to Whitby, lovely trip, scenery superb, enjoy fish & Chips in the fresh sea air 😎 last but not least Scarbourgh has lots to do, shops are plentiful, beach at South Bay is lovely or you could go over to North Bay to the huge park with a lake, swans etc , open air museum lots of places for kids & adults of all ages😊

Firstly( my fault)...didn't check how many stairs. Not disabled friendly at all. Was located on top floor .(no lift) Although the room was nice,it didn't have an en-suite. The bathroom is private,but you have to go down the hallway to get to it. Maybe should explain this in more detail on website? There is plenty of space in the room to allocate an en-suite. Also there is nowhere to put your clothes. No wardrobe,drawers or even hooks. This could be an issue if staying any longer than one night. There was no hairdryer .It specifies on booking .com that there is one provided. Lastly,the 'chocolate,or biscuits ' consisted of one small cinnamon biscuit that are usually given with a cup of coffee in a restaurant.

Friendly staff..lovely room for a family though our private bathroom was down a few steps in hallway. You could see being updated and will be lovely when finished I think.Great location to town and about half an hours walk to the North shore. Mostly clean just few issues pointed out to owners. Our friends room was nice too although the bed was against a wall so a bit squashed. Comfortable beds and towels were lovely.

The parking isn't very good...we did pick an exceptional but weekend though..and spent almost an hour going round trying to find somewhere. I think for the cost of our room they should think about providing a breakfast of some description and have the bar opened even if for tea/coffee. There are a lot of stairs-we were on the top floor and our son has some mobility problems, thankfully only went up and down once...so not suitable for disabled clients really,several steps to get to the front door too.

Good location, friendly staff, easy parking facilities enabled by the hotel. Nice big rooms, well equipped and clean. Good quiet location and very easy to find. Felt safe during our stay.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and mattress quite thin. I think prices were also inflated due to the gig that was on (that we were also attending). Overall very little complaints, we had a pleasant stay.

The location is approximately 10 mins walk from centre of Scarborough and slightly closer to beach. Bedrooms were clean and tidy. Bathrooms had recently been refurbished.

The hotel doesn't provide food, however there are two nearby cafes for breakfast. There was no bar. No bedside or reading lamp in the bedroom.

Large room. Very clean. Receptionist was brilliant. Clean bathroom, towels and bedding.

There was only 1 mirror and it was in the bathroom. Made it very difficult to dry hair. There was a vanity table and chair and hairdryer provided, just no mirror. The mattress was really uncomfortable as you could feel every spring. We both have sore backs today.

We had a huge room, two toilets and a shower. Single bed was very comfortable. Good location and was given a pass for parking which gave us peace of mind.

Room was advertised as a queen bed but was a double. No hair dryer and the shower did turn off whist my partner was in there and covered in soap. Double bed wasn't comfortable for me personally but partner was ok. Bed sheets were luxurious.
