We had a one night stay. Lovely bright clean room. Well equipped for tea and coffee making and there was also a fridge and microwave. There is an M&S Food next door so we were able to buy milk, fruit and yogurt for the next morning. Despite previous reviews we found it quiet in the George room. Check in was any time after 2pm and because we were given two lots of door codes access to the property was easy.

Our window, that looked out onto the church, was absolutely filthy and when we opened the window so was the outside sill. Something that could so easily be remedied. We never met the owners or managers so there was no human contact. Although not essential it would have been nice for someone to just say hello and ask if all was OK.

very convenient to local village accommodations:

the only partial negative was that our room (St. Peters) was directly above the restaurant, which for the view was excellent, but on the Saturday night the DJ got out of hand and the pulsating beat became almost unbearable. However, on the Friday evening the singer and music were excellent since we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant. I guess it just depends on what your up for on a particular night.

Clean, modern, well equipped and brilliantly located for my stay. Helpful staff when I had an issue entering (totally my fault!). I would definitely stay again when visiting the area. The key pads also removed any worry about losing my key while out and about.

If I'm being really picky, I'd say that they could use curtains that come further over the window to block out the light from the street lamp that comes through the edges but that's a minor issue.

Nice apartment space. Ideal location

It wasn’t clear how to use the door code - I had to ring for admin assistance to get in. Not a full set of cups or of teaspoons in the apartment for 2. Heating worked well but impossible to figure how to adjust it - no instructions. Cooker worked well, but it would have been helpful to have instructions instead of having figure it out. We didn’t use the Tv in the bedroom - but it came on very brightly at about 3am with some kind of security symbol and woke us up. Thankfully it went off again It would be nice to have had a teapot!

fluff under the bed and under the fridge as we had to pull it out as wife dropped the back of her earring but it’s no biggy as such but could do with been cleaned

At short notice we required accomadation for a special occasion in the village. With it being very late we didn't expect there to be any accomadate left. When we arrived we were astounded at how beautiful the room was. It was fantastic and I would have to say it's the best accomadation we have stayed in!!!. We were very pleasantly surprised at the high standards of housekeeping. Everything was immaculate and we will be staying again very soon. We commend the owners and their staff. Thank you C & S

The apartment we booked and stayed in was fantastic.

Excellent, booking like clock work, the access codes were provided within minutes. The apartment was a very good size light and airy and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom equally as good I was very impressed for the price. The shops were a short 1 min walk away Marks and Spencers amongst others. The location was just beautiful such a quaint place and serene. It has got to be on elf the best value places I have stayed, I was working at the Amersham court and this was just ideal. Well done Rioshouse.

Nothing, it was just exceptional so much that I will book again for a family break over a weekend.

I loved not having to deal with reception and just coming and going as I pleased. I'd had a very emotional visit to an ailing parent so needed a tranquil place to get my head straight for the evening before driving back 3hrs home the next day, so it was just perfect. Clean, comfy bed, loved the kitchenette feature, netflix, a bath, was all just what I needed. Would highly recommend and would def stay here again 👌

The only negative was the shower gel hardly came out of the dispenser over the bath, and I hadnt brought any, so had to use my shampoo to wash myself.

The apartment was immaculately clean and the parking space was easily accessible. Having bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived on a hot day was nice and there was good crockery and cooking equipment available although we used the microwave. The bed and sofa were comfortable and there were ample towels provided.

We had a really lovely and comfortable stay. The one small negative is that there was some traffic noise as our apartment was at the front of the building fairly close to the road

The property was well-located, easy to find, had good facilities and we were able to park within the grounds.

The crockery and kitchen facilities were a little dirty. A mug had lipstick on the rim and the plates were not fully clean. The oven smelt of used fat. The large shower head leaked so that water sprayed outside of the shower unit onto the bathroom floor.
