Denham Grove

The room was very spacious and lovely view from the balcony. the bar staff were amazing and helpful, were able to help us more then the reception could

The receptionist took 30 minutes to check us into our room after we already paid 10£ extra to check in a hour early, so half the time we paid for was waisted. We also booked a double bed, I also rang up and emailed before to make sure our room was a double bed and they still gave us two single beds so we have to change rooms which also took ages to change over. The receptionist also tried to charge us 5£ to have 2 glasses for our room. The pool/sauna has potential to be very nice however it was very dirty on the pool floor and in the sauna and changing rooms.

Our stay was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 7 nights, They let us stay in the same room when we booked an extra night. We wanted breakfast on our last day, and they were able to make that despite us being 15 mins late for breakfast. Breakfast was nice and hot delivered to our room, and the price was reasonable and fair. Lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be booking again. This is our second time staying here. It is very central and close to most attractions as we were driving everywhere. Beautiful surrounding areas to see and drive through. Like to thank the reception staff, especially the lady that checked us in and out. (Sorry didn't catch your name.)

Balconies could do with a good clean.. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Great location I love the setting in rural Denham. Spacious room in the courtyard with my own front door. Staff were very nice

Large bed but you could feel the join gap which I really don't like. One side was softer than the other. Bathroom extract fan not working. Shower spills onto the floor so takes time to mop up the water with towels. Better screen needed Thin walls, noise carryover firm room to room No bottles of water or biscuits in room Restaurant food overpriced for the quality, and service is uncoordinated. I had 3 different people serving me food and some came to the table aware of what had been discussed with previous person.

Nice place, staff were all great. Food was pleasant, breakfast was well stocked. We did the pods dining experience, was indian at the time. It was crazy expensive, but the food was very nice, and well presented, and the pods made an outdoor experience great. The pool is great size. No super deep ends, so kids were happy, but still sufficiently deep enough for adults to have a good swim.

The pods dining experience have no kids menus, which would of been helpful as all the dishes were spicy, even ones that were meant to be plainer like butter chicken, and it made it difficult to get the right quantities of food. We ended up paying for a lot more than we needed.

We stayed at the hotel as my wife had to have a procedure at nearby Harefield Hospital. We had a nice room on the first night we stayed, but my wife needed to have a ground floor room for the second night.Laura on the desk could not have been more helpful or kind and gave us a delightful room. We had dinner in the bar/lounge area and the steak was cooked to perfection. The service fro both the waiter and the bar was excellent. We will have to return to Harefield again soon and we will definitely book at Denham Grove again.

I have to say the buffet breakfast, plentiful was not the best. Rather overcooked and not nearly hot enough. Would probably skip next time.

I have visited many times before. It is a beautiful and peaceful location. The hotel is lovely and welcoming. The rooms and the lounge area have a luxurious feel. Staff are friendly. Rayan in particular was always helpful and welcoming. My daughter and I made full use of the pool and Sauna during our mother and daughter time away. I have recommended this hotel to others and will certainly be visiting in the near future.

On this occasion most of the breakfast items were cold although this was not my experience in previous visits. Also the jacuzzi is out of use which was a great disappointment for me.

I have stayed here a few times now, as me and my partner and also with our three children. The family rooms cannot be faulted in any way, they are huge and perfect for a family. My children loved being able to go in the pool and they were happy with breakfast. We usually order takeaway to the hotel as the hotel is a little out the way but have also been and tried a local pub as well which was a short drive. The staff are lovely and accommodating.

Just a few more towels in the room for a large family would be brilliant.

Nice venue, location bit out of the way but for peace and quiet(perfect), room was nice,clean and comfortable although problem with leaking shower and wobbly toilet, for one night was just acceptable

As stated bar prices too high and breakfast prices too, basic buffet food , it was ok but nothing special which is why , prices too high, rooms were ok, staff were excellent, especially for the wedding but a little slow on the bar side of things but overall not a bad experience, place is a lot out of the way, so no real alternatives if u fancy going to a pub.

We arrived early and were more than happy to pay a small fee to check in. Please be open-minded when you read reviews. We have stayed in 0 ☆ to 5☆ hotels around the world. Some of the reviews for this hotel, in our opinion, have been a little unfair. We read the pool & surrounding areas were in need of an update, we found them ok. The rooms were mentioned, being hot, we had a fan in our room and 2 big windows we could open. Who needs Aircon? It drys out your throat. The bar, restaurant, and all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The staff were very polite & helpful. We were very impressed & sad we had not booked for longer. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time.

Very small mention, changing room could have been a little bigger, however, this did not stop us going swimming.

We stayed in a Junior suite and when we walked in to the room it was just like the picture we had seen when booking online, spacious, clean and comfortable, the fact it had a door to the amazing outside space was a massive bonus for the children as they could stretch their legs after a long journey. Usually, the fold out sofa/chair beds in hotels aren't the most comfortable, but the children were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds they had, and they really loved the little separate office area where they could sit and draw or just get a bit of space away from each other. The bath was a big hit I've never known my children to fight over whos going to get clean first but they couldnt wait to get into the tub! The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a large walk in shower as well as the bath. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very polite and helpful, Chef Dani was especially great with the children and made us all fell like valued guests. The best part was definitely the air con which kept us nice and cool during the very hot start to summer we are having. We cant wait to visit again.

The only complaint i have is that we were on the ground floor and there was a sign saying please dont shut the curtains as they are for display only, that meant that we only had a thin privacy blind and had we actually not ignored the sign we would have been woken by the sun at 4am plus im certain people could see in. Blackout blinds would be useful or curtains you can actually close.
