Leafy Suburban Bed and Breakfast

We stayed here the night before a trip to Wembley stadium. The B&B is ideally located, a 15 minute walk from Northwood tube station and it was just seven stops on the Met line to Wembley Park. Raj the owner was really accommodating and friendly and communications with him before our stay were excellent. Also Jessica the housekeeper was an absolute gem, she made breakfast for us and couldn’t do more to make our stay great. The rooms were clean, the bedding smelled lovely and fresh and there was plenty of storage and sockets, etc. Although we didn’t use them, tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and there was a tv and wifi.

The only downside was that the rooms weren’t en-suite but we knew this beforehand so it wasn’t an issue.

Room was clean, specious and bright. In the room I've had all the necessary was needed, even water, coffee and tea.

As this is a guest house, the bathroom and toilet are common. My room was next door to the bathroom, and I heard all night someone using those utilities. And I would suggest to vacumclean at least after 8 a.m. in the hall/corridor.

Location was great, really nice area. Super easy to get to Wembley and also as a result into London. Free parking. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. It was a shared bathroom but it was really clean and we never crossed paths with anyone else. Breakfast was lovely! All the staff we encountered were super friendly, but non invasive.

Be good to know if you're allowed slippers... and if so letting guests no ahead of time due to no footwear rule (which is fine) Having the radio on quiet at breakfast would also be a nice touch to just have a bit of background noise. BUT these didn't detract from the stay at all and are just small suggestions.

I was a bit worried that is a room in someone’s house and we have a shared bathroom, but surprisingly we were not disturb at all with this, as everything was very clean and quiet and nobody disturbed us at all. The room was sooo clean, everything was smelling nice inside, especially the bedings, honestly the cleanest accommodation. The housekeeper is amazing, so nice and friendly, and she made us a super good breakfast, with everything we wanted: eggs, bacon, sausage, beans , how you want it, how much you wanted, also on the table we had butter and jams, milk, orange juice, cereals option, tea, coffee, warm toasts. The house is really big and nice and in a posh area, seemed very nice and safe. Less than 20 minutes walk to the metro station to go in the city of London, with a nice shop with fresh fruits on the way. Also, we had free parking on the road and left the car there after check out as well so we could make one more trip to the city of London. We will save it for next trips, the house had a really nice energy and we were very pleased with everything :)

Lovely house, within walking distance of Northwood tube station. Jessica was attentive and a lovely host. Despite there being no drink making facilities in the room we were able to use the kitchen facilities whenever we needed to. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight trip to London. My daughter left her sunglasses behind and Jessica messaged us straight away to let us know. We were already travelling home so she even arranged to post them to us next day at no extra cost. Fantastic service!

It was a hot humid weekend so the attic room was quite warm for sleeping, HOWEVER there was a fan provided in the room, which did help - so not really a negative 😁

Beautiful venue with kind hosting personnel. The house and rooms which you have access to are clean and tidy and very well looked after and decorated. Clean and bright and very cosy. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the double room very spacious and well kitted out with all necessities and more. I really enjoyed my stay although a single night, I would definitely go back again for a longer weekend or stay. Close to Rickmansworth and Pinner.

Could do with a house number or sign as I drove past it when arriving past sunset. Kept slightly too warm, but otherwise not further remarks.

Room a tad smaller than I'd hoped and TV was off-signal as it had not been turned on for so long. This, however, did not affect my stay as I had other things to do, without need for TV. But it might have affected other visitors. Well appointed space, excellent piano, and beautiful housekeeper/cook (am I allowed to say that?)

Slightly isolated for those without own vehicles, but in favourable weather a very decent locale for walking/strolling. I'd speak favourably about it, to others searching for accommodation in that area.

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Absolutely spotless. I found out why over breakfast (which was also excellent). Jessica, the housekeeper was responsible for everything that was good about my stay. Talk about Chief Cook and Bottle Washer! She was it, and a lovely person too. She is a credit to the place.

I didn't like the shared bathroom. But I should have noticed the bathroom situation when booking. I would probably not have booked, had I, but the bonus was without doubt, Jessica,

The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked in front of you. Jessica was a diamond. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The location was lovely and quiet and a short walk to and from the tube station. I definitely book again and would highly recommend to others.

Obviously sharing a bathroom is not as good as ensuite but we knew this when booking. It wasn't an issue as we didn't have to queue.

The host was lovely and welcoming, the house was really clean and looked lovely, the breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, would definitely recommend staying here. Great location, we went to harry potter studios and it's only a 15 minute drive. There were a few local pubs, we visited the gate which was only a 10 minute walk from the b&b

We had our own bathroom but our friends had to share a bathroom with other guests, that was probably the only downside for them!
