Location was handy for west London access. Quaint historic building with nice bar and restaurant. large room and good sized bathroom. Large TV although staggered from the bed was easily viewable and large enough to be able to use the menus and guides from the bed. Surprisingly little road noise detectable from my room. 1 minute walk to a really good Turkish restaurant. Convenience shops extremely close by.

All the staff appear young and inexperienced, I know you have to start somewhere and I know there's a crisis in the hospitality industry. The water pressure to the showers is poor however the temperature is really good. The menu was missing every item I would/could eat.

It was a lovely hotel Difficult to get to as don't drive. But not a problem The room was lovely. The receptionist young lady. Lovely couldn't have been more helpful, please thank her gorgeous her work Dinner was beautiful, I had the sausage made and veg......just the veg quite undercooked so please check a little more , otherwise beautiful

The breakfast was not what I thought it would be. It had food choices, but no bread for toast or offer of toast The pain au chocolate and other pastry wasn't fresh slightly stale No butter on the table , had to ask for it So breakfast is why I didn't give it a 10 out of 10

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very large and comfortable (although the lights over the mirror in bathroom didn't work the whole time so it was quite dark). Food in the restaurant was good. Great location.

The breakfast that was included in the room price is very basic although a few years ago full cooked breakfasts were included in the price. We knew beforehand it was now only a continental breakfast but even so it was much more basic than expected. Room very nice but quite dark. The cleaning of the room was not good - dirty coffee cups left, shelves in bathroom not cleaned, plus the shower was very very weak, impossible to have a good shower with hair wash.

Quirky old building. Very comfortable room and bed. Very friendly staff. Good food…only had breakfast which was a little limited with the continental breakfast but for £5 extra you could top up with a great variety of cooked options. Enjoyed sitting in the outdoors areas a few times with either a coffee or glass of wine watching the world go by.

Nothing really but only 1 tiny thought that as we were there for 2 nights the rooms were not serviced which I have no issue with at all except for the tea/ coffee provision….we only had 2 tea bags to start with which weren’t replenished so we had none for our second day and no milk provided at all. But only a very very minor issue.

Ideal location for a short trip to visit family. Easy fob access for hotel customers to the side of the pub and privacy in the rooms. Lovely staff and really appreciated the style of the property.

Bathroom was beautiful however the shower cubicle could have used a scrub and the water pressure was very low, not a problem for our short stay but had it been longer it could have been more difficult. Was a little disappointed as a couple we paid for a double bed room however were given two single beds. The curtains in the bedroom could also do with being wider as they let quite a bit of light in.

Very helpful, friendly staff. It was a busy weekend, so pub area had live music, which was loud, but as soon as last orders were called, music stopped and once last customers were gone, it was very quiet. Which surprised us as we were on a main road, but it was far less busy than we thought it would be. Staff were lovely. Good choice of items for continental breakfast. Coffee machine in room could have done with an instruction leaflet, but we worked it out eventually. Window that actually opened, which was great as it kept the room at a nice temperature. All in all very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Would have been nice to eat there, but it was Jubilee weekend, so just a barbecue during the day, and a private party in the restaurant meant it was quite loud until 11.30pm. But it's a busy pub, so all to be expected.

very convenient for where we were going. staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. Lovely Inn rooms were fine everything worked. Parking was a bonus. There are a few restaurants near if you do not want to eat in the pub. Breakfast was fine but would have been nicer if it was a cooked breakfast instead of continental but for that it was good

The rooms are a bit tired and need some TLC. There are small things which need to be attended to eg glass shelf in room fell off as was not fixed properly. Shower needs new mastic around bottom of shower tray just small things that have been neglected. Menu not fantastic. Breakfast definitely needs to be a choice of cooked or continental.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and it was just as good. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. Didn't drink or eat in the pub but it has a good atmosphere when you go through to get to the rooms.

The Shower was not very good. No water pressure and had to run for 20 mins just to get warm but that's probably due to the fact it's such an old building. Continental breakfast didn't have much choice but was adequate and the coffee was excellent.

Room was lovely, exposed beams, nice bathroom with a great shower. Very comfortable bed. Good value for money. Continental buffet breakfast was OK but it would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast as an option.

Lacked plug sockets - there was an multi-plug extension lead in the wardrobe, but I only found that by chance. My room was at the front of the hotel and I hadn't realised how buy the road out the front (and roundabout) was, so it was a bit noisy well into the evening and again early the next morning. A different room might be better? Ideally, I would have liked the option of having a cooked breakfast.
